I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I wanted to relax and this was the perfect place to do so. With a great view of the waterfall and a very accommodating room, I enjoyed a perfect day and perfect night. They provided me with fruit and wine, and some sodas. They don’t serve food but there are great food spots a few steps away from this hotel. The staff was very nice and they even picked me up from another hotel in the are, carrying my luggage all around the town.

This view is worth all the money in the world! I highly recommend getting a room with a view! But it’s important to know that there isn’t much water right now — this is a natural phenomenon; usually, the waterfall is much more impressive. There are many restaurants with delicious food around. I was given a bottle of wine and some fruit as a gift. I just spent the whole evening watching the waterfall. At night, the sound of the waterfall can be quite loud; if you like to sleep in silence, it might be hard for you, but it’s worth it!

Best hotel, room, space, location (kinda but the service changes my thoughts for this key point), food and specially the view and the customer services, I don’t remember the name of the person who attended us but he was other level of great, very nice people, helpful and responsive. Hope that service never ends, this is a 100/10 hotel

Really enjoyed my stay here! The waterfall view was beautiful, and the room was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pickup and city pass service made exploring the area really easy and convenient. Everything was well organized and I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed only for 1 night, because Furong wasn’t in my planning…. Decided to go for a fee hours, but was so beautiful, wanna stay longer than fee hours 😳 Hotel employees were very helpfull; - picked me up at the ticket office late in the evening by car to the hotel - quick answering my questions - breakfast included (was very good with view on the waterfall, loved it) - brought me back to train station next day On top of all; I got an upgrade Thanks 12C 🙏

I booked one of the cheapest rooms here without expecting much, and it turned out to be one of the best hotels I stayed at during my entire month in China. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They picked me up from the train station and drove me back, upgraded my room for free, gave me a complimentary late check-out, helped with my luggage, and even personally showed me around and explained where to go in Furong. The level of hospitality was honestly exceptional. The hotel itself is small, cozy and very clean, with comfortable, thoughtfully designed rooms. It feels much more like staying in a welcoming home than in a corporate hotel. The location is perfect too — just a two-minute walk from one of the best views of the waterfall, with everything in Furong within easy walking distance. An unexpectedly wonderful stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room is spacious and cosy to stay. Near to ancient town with beautiful scenery. Really recommend
