Poor attitude at the front desk

It's very bad. First of all, the decoration smell is very strong. I originally thought that the fresh air room I ordered would be equipped with professional fresh air equipment, but I didn't expect it to be a mobile fresh air machine. The noise was very loud. The room area and smell were so large that it didn't help at all. I want to open the window for ventilation, but there is no window screen. I am worried that mosquitoes will come in and only "kill" for one night. Regarding breakfast, when checking in, I asked the front desk staff if there was a charge for children's breakfast. When they saw the child, they said they would charge about thirty yuan. However, in the morning, the person in charge of the restaurant said they would charge full price, saying that children under three years old were free and 1.2 meters tall. The following half price, my son asked for full price at about 1.4, which was completely different from what the staff said when checking in. I asked her to communicate with the front desk to verify, and the other party told me to go to the front desk myself. I really didn't understand what kind of service and management this was. Isn't the communication between departments an internal problem of the hotel? Forget it at full price, the breakfast was particularly bad, and the pot for steaming Yeer Baba was cold. When I went downstairs to check out, I met the restaurant staff and asked the front desk staff why they told the guests that breakfast for children cost about 30 yuan. What kind of weird management was this? It caused trouble for the guests and made them laugh.

房間很大，設施不錯，下沉建築設計獨特，前台服務態度比較生硬。浴室龍頭冷熱水標誌弄反了，卻長期一直沒有整改。

酒店離不二門温泉近打車8元，酒店對客人提出的合理需求都能給予滿足👍，由於晚上8點多還沒吃飯去前台諮詢周邊可吃飯的地方，前台隨即安排保安大哥前往周邊餐館幫忙查看是否關門，確認後親自帶我們去往餐館（當天氣温6度），在此非常感謝前台小姐姐和保安大哥。酒店客房寬敞、布草乾淨舒適，早餐較豐盛（在此給個建議菜品是能否兼顧一下不吃辣的客人），停車場大停車免費。

很不錯的一次旅行，住宿在這家，房間挺大，乾淨，衞生好，期待下次再來。
