房間設計的很有審美，每個細節設計都是巧思，洗面台是王村瀑布的造型，床上的掛簾充滿苗寨風情，燈光都打開來時很温馨，雖然是內窗，但內窗外都是一處小院的景緻。半夜水不熱打電話給老闆幫忙處理也沒有生氣，第二天要趕高鐵還開車接送。酒店就在景區門口，在交通不便的地方，晚上溜達去芙蓉鎮玩和吃飯也都很方便。

千萬不要來千萬不要來！進了這家店，就像進了**窩，他們家不要口碑，衹做遊客一鎚子買賣生意，在這家店你不僅要付房費，退房時還會想盡辦法訛你一筆按金，並且這不是個例，跟我一起退房的客人，店家説他們把毛巾弄臟了，被扣了30元。我這邊退房，上去查房30來分鐘，房間啥也沒有，有必要查這麼久嗎？原來是在雞蛋裡挑骨頭，浴巾衹是早上洗完澡掉地上懶得撿起來，非污衊説我們是不是用浴巾墊腳踩臟了，要扣50元，不然就給我肥皂讓我給他們洗乾淨！可能知道自己的話站不住腳，態度及其惡劣，對我們拍着桌子大吼大叫，為了一點錢，跟**一樣！我交了房費浴巾還不能弄臟了？白色浴巾即便染上色都能漂白洗掉，何況又不是染色，衹是地上的灰塵而已！難不成浴巾不臟的話，你們都不洗不消毒，準備曬一下就繼續用？？賺錢要賺合理的錢，這種打劫來的錢不知道會不會花的安心？
再來説一下酒店環境衞生：枱面水龍頭各種臟先不説，空調不暖，睡了一晚上冷覺，洗澡水竟然也不熱，放很久才出一點温水，更氣人的是洗澡的水地漏漏下不去，洗完一個澡，下面的積水過腳面，並且地上的水還全部流到隔壁洗臉池那間去了，而且洗臉池洗個臉，整個臉盆都是水，水也是根本下不去。洗手池旁邊沒有插座，吹風機要到床頭吹，沒有提供礦泉水，牙刷那些不敢用，看起來及其廉價，整個房間非常擁擠，沒有圖片拍出來那麼寬敞，350一晚的房間，相當於幾十塊的旅社水準吧，前台工作人員還一邊接待客人一邊抽煙，所謂的落地窗觀景，衹能看到雜七雜八的房頂，房間非常不隔音，別的房間小聲説話都能聽的一清二楚。難怪春節期間別人家都爆滿，這家還有很多空房。

芙蓉鎮玩，行動不方便住這家最自由，這家民宿有電梯，我出門進門，老闆都幫忙抬輪椅，還抱我上下車😄，老闆人不錯，給老闆人品打100分，再説説這家店的位置就是景區入口100米處。晚上去玩很近很近。
