Best hotel we have stayed in china! The staff where so friendly and would drive us wherever we needed to for free! The rooftop area is awesome they have 5 hot tubs and a pool And we also got snacks for when we left! Amazing will stay again 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Furong Ancient Town. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm service and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The location is a bit far from the Furong town but the hotel provides transfer service. Transfer service from high-speed train is also provided.

The best experience in west Hunan. The staff always friendly, smile service is normal at here. If you drive by yourself, staff can help you to park the vehicle. When you check in, you will get a welcome fruit and some Chinese local snack. There are shuttle bus go to Furong town, what’s kind of bus they have? it’s a MPV, come on it’s shock me so much. About the breakfast, there are many options to choose. You can collect the food like fried rice, fried rice noodles, eggs e.g., and also can order soup rice noodle at counter. The food isn’t spicy, that’ll so cool!

The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free.
The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy.
The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it.

Excellent Stay with Great Service and Convenient Location
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The free shuttle to the train station and nearby attractions made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. I also really appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning, with a good variety of options to start the day right. There are also great food choices.. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d definitely come back!

Very good hotel and service, location is only 8 minutes drive from train station and 3 minutes away from 芙蓉镇景区. They provide free pickups and drop offs from the train station and the ancient town. They have a personal 24/7 concierge to help you with anything and they provide a lot of amenities. 5/5 would recommend.
