The one night stay here was as I'd hoped. The pick up at the station incuded staff guiding through the scenic area to the hotel. On arrival, I was told breakfast was an upgrade. The room was comfortable and overlooking a small waterfall by a bridge. I was worried as I returned around 10pm with loud music very near the hotel, but the room must have good insulation as I couldn't hear it in the room. A driver to return to the station was arranged next morning for 20 yuan.

The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the visitor information center/ parking. Beyond this point, vehicles can't go. On one hand, it's very convenient when you travel with luggage, but it doesn't have a view of the waterfalls. They arranged the pickup from the high-speed railway station. One way, free pickup was included. They also got an entrance ticket at a discounted price. The lady helped us with the town map and sightseeing options, even though it's not big. The breakfast had limited options, but they made bread specifically for us, which is nice. Room-wise wise it was Ok. The room was spacious, the amenities were good, and it had a balcony.

Owner makes effort to pre book tickets on behalf, and it is cheaper than purchasing on site.
Owner pick us upon arrival and help us with the luggage. Also offered us additional mineral water.
Great view from the room even though it is not the main waterfall. Noise from the street at night until 11pm can be heard from the room but it is not a big concern.
The location of the stay is easily accessible to nearby waterfall.
Only recommendation is the toilet steps in the room, which can be slippery.
Overall highly recommended!

The owner is very responsive on Trip.com, which is a great help. He will contact you in advance to arrange free pick up or any ticketing needs.
The hotel is beautiful! One of the best in town. It is located in a very strategic position where the rooms with windows have the best views. Spend a bit more and get the rooms with balcony, you won’t regret it.
The only negative is that there is a restaurant downstairs with karaoke, and it can get pretty noisy if they get some enthusiastic customers.
Apart from that, everything else about the hotel is top notch.

I had very good experience to stay in this hotel. 2 days before arrival to Furong town, our butler was called us for confirmation of high-speed rail station pick-up service with complimentary using 7 seaters Mercedes. The hotel come with amazing contemporary design and feel very warm. We are 2 adults and 2 kids were comfortable stay in the one double bed room. Since our room come with 2 breakfasts, the hotel also adds another 2 more breakfast vouchers for my children's (15 & 13 years old) without any charges.
For the breakfast meal, we can rate it above average since they provided variety and quality food. Last, they also given us with small souvenir gift when we check out and fetch us to the station.
About the location, it just 2 minutes walk to the ticket entrance and full of restaurants, grocery shop, farmasi, cafe along the walking journey.
Overall, we are quite statified for our stay. Will stay again if visit Furong town.

Lovely new hotel that opened in 2023. Managed by Lily and her husband. Lily was super helpful with how to navigate the place, what to see, where to eat. However, if you don’t speak Chinese, it may be a little difficult. But nothing a translator app can’t help you with. Also, they provided a free transfer to the railway station when we departed. On arrival at the railway station, we just took a cab to the ancient town for CNY20. The very helpful taxi driver kindly called the hotel for us and someone from the hotel came to pick us up at the entry gate to the ancient town where the taxi driver dropped us. The hotel is still new, clean and in a great location with a fantastic river view and view of the Tuwang Bridge. I would stay there again. And Lily is hospitable, patient and kind.

The staff is warm and considerate, just like family. Not only did they give us a detailed introduction to the ancient town's tour routes and delicious restaurants, they also helped us plan the itinerary. The breakfast was also great, all freshly made local specialties, which started a day full of energy.
There is no need to worry about bringing children to play, they are super friendly to children, and the children are very happy. This accommodation experience is great, I will stay here next time I come to Furong Town, and I also recommend it to friends who want to come!

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the attentive service. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in was efficient and quick. They also patiently recommended nearby travel tips. The room was warm and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the details showed quality, and the fragrance of the room made people feel relaxed. The hotel is also in a great location, with convenient transportation around. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the waterfall viewing platform. Fantastic stay at Furong Town Momuqiu Light Luxury High-end View B&B. Very nice owner. We are foreigners who don't speak Chinese, but she added us on WeChat and we communicated through a translator. She came to pick us up at the high-speed train station and dropped us off again after our stay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was amazing. Big, comfortable bed, nice pillows and duvet. Also a smart toilet and a large shower with hot water. I appreciate the quality cosmetics such as shower gel, shampoo and perfect conditioner. Air conditioning and wifi worked without problems. There were 2 chairs and a table on the balcony and a great view of the ancient city and bridges. We had delicious noodle soup for breakfast. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. However, it's definitely a good place to cool off on hot days. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

SSS-SingaporeThis has goto be the best room I had in my 16 days trip. Reached the Furong Station earlier than expected. Message the boss of the homestay and he reached the station with his cool jeep in 10 mins. Super good service! Reached the homestay in about 15mins, had a good chat with the friendly boss who grown up there. As the homestay is located in the scenic area, you will need to pay the entry ticket (108rmb) at the gate. The ticket is valid for 3 days. Do remember to bring along the ticket when you are out walking or decided to leave the scenic area. The Guard at the gate will scan your ticket when you re-enter to the scenic area. It's a very nice chill ancient town. The room I stayed was 502. It's super super nice, big, clean and even have a roof window and attached balcony. Can tell the couple put in alot of effort to maintain the homestay. I totally enjoy my night there. The boss was very kind to send me to the Rail station as well. They usually only provide one way service during peak season. Will highly recommend anyone who is going to Furong to stay here.

LLucas JoseOur stay was just perfect!! The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was big and beautiful aswell with a great view. Everything was really modern and clean.
The hosts were incredibly attentive to all our needs, they really exceeded our expectations. They even got a person (another guest) to translate for us when we arrived to the hotel. We also went with her to the ancient part and had the best time.
They also offered us a free ride to the train station on our way back
It is a bit away from the ancient town (around 15 minutes by foot) but the owner were really nice and drove us there
Would come back a 100% sure!

They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. You can walk around 15 minutes to reach the site for viewing the waterfall. The hotel provides free pick-up service to and from the train station.
If you prefer a peaceful surroundings while staying in Furong town you can choose to stay here because it's quite away from the Ancient town.

GGuest UserHassle free experience checking into this bed and breakfast accommodation. The staff will contact you a day before to offer discounted entrance tickets (90 yuan) and transportation by a private driver (20 yuan). We opted for both of these services and it was the best decision we’ve made. The driver will drop you off at the closest entrance to the town, where the staff will meet you in a tricycle to transport your suitcases to the accommodation. The pathway is dirt so it would have been a nightmare pulling our suitcases through this. The rooms are large but average. We can see half of the waterfall from our balcony. For breakfast it is simple soup noodle. They ran out of rice sticky dumplings by the time we got there and the staff did not refill it. The only standout was the outdoor dining area, you’ll get a full view of the town which was amazing without having to be surrounded by a large crowd. I did notice that some tourists managed to walk in and take some photos when the front desk was not staffed… which felt unfair as this was the most expensive accommodation we’ve paid whilst in china.

It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

FFatin MunawwarahThe room was exactly like advertised. The owner/staff arrange a car for pick up and even help us to call for a cab for drop off. He came and greet us by entrance, help us buy the tickets to enter the town, explain to us a bit about furong and easily reachable via wechat. This hotel is near to the entrance, so you wont suffer so much with all the luggages you have. There was no elevator, the room is on the 1st floor where the ground floor was a shop for garment rental. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there after checkout. It was loud with performances nearby, but complete silent after 10 or 11. Worth every penny to stay here. Plan ur trip properly for muslim as no halal food available in this town.
