We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—right along a vibrant shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring and shopping. The owner was incredibly kind and hospitable. My husband wasn’t feeling well during our stay, and the owner kindly made him a cup of warm ginger water and even offered to provide medicine if needed. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.
The food at the hotel was also very good, and they offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services which made our trip even smoother. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay with great service and an excellent location.

AAnonymous UserThis store is great! The boss personally drives the Beijing off-road jeep to the pick-up station, which is safe and efficient! The store is in the scenic area, very close to Liu Xiaoqing's rice tofu shop, just down the slope. It is also very close to the performance venue at the gate of the scenic area, 5 minutes. It is not far from the waterfall. The balcony on the 3rd floor of the store faces east, and you can watch the sunrise on the balcony or in the room in the morning, which is a surprise! The hotel is decorated in Chinese style, with new facilities, smart toilets, Supor health pots, and Xiaomi TV speakers. The bedding is clean, the toiletries are complete, and the water cups have the logo of Yanyu Tianyuan, which pays great attention to details. The boss provides tickets to the scenic area and charters a car to nearby attractions. It is very thoughtful and the price is reasonable.

KKeironThe Xuanyuan was terrific. The young girl operating it was such a cutie and made us feel so welcome. She let us know in advance we would be collected from the railway station and got us into our room as soon as possible. I am sorry I didn’t get her name but she went out of her way. The room was on the top floor with balcony, has all the modern appliances and fittings, ducted air conditioning and good shower. In departure we were supplied with a terrific home made Chinese breakfast. The b&b was situated just outside the entrance to the old town which was great.

22ofusFirst of all, I would like to thank you her (I don’t know who is she) she was good hospitality with calm manner. Start from add we chat to book a car pick up at train station. She asked about did I bring an umbrella because it’s raining there. Car pick up come on time. Surprisingly, the room so huge than I expected. It’s upper deck for bedroom. Value for money. It’s located close to tourist attractions (easy to walk). At night my wife got headache, I asked for pharmacy nearby but she brought me one. Thank you very much for taking care us completely comfortable.
One thing to advice that my room close to front desk the wood wall was easy to get the noise from people chatting at front desk and also food smell from front desk too.
Everything is perfect stay for our vacation. I will be back and recommend to others reader.

GGuest UserService was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

PprosciuttoWe visited during quiet season (Oct 7 just as golden week ended) and the hotel was practically empty. The owner called us and helped instruct the taxi how to get to the hotel. (It should be 20 yuan to get there via taxi from the train station). The entrance has not been finished building so you have to carefully navigate down some rubble. There also isn’t an elevator in the hotel. As the hotel was empty, the owner showed us 4 different rooms and was happy to let us have any of them at no extra charge. We chose one on the second floor so we wouldn’t have to climb the stairs with our luggage. The hotel is a 4 minute walk to one of the main entrances of Furong Ancient Town. With it not being directly in the town, it’s probably more quiet that other hotels in the area. The view is quite nice, on the left you can see Furong Ancient Town, on the right there is a lot of construction happening so not much to see. The construction was not loud during our stay. However there was a chicken next door that began making noise at 5am and didn’t stop for hours, it was excruciating. I won’t blame the hotel for this though! The bathroom amenities were great, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the owner was very kind.

It can be reached by car in a few minutes near the east gate entrance of the scenic area, 800 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus Station, 800 meters away from Charming Xiangxi Theater, and 10 minutes away on foot. It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

GGuest UserHotel transportation: about 100 meters from the entrance of the scenic spot, two minutes walk to the scenic spot, the location is on Furong Old Street, very comfortable. Parking is also more convenient. You can park downstairs in the inn for free~ Facilities: Downstairs is the owner's pharmacy~ Hahaha I think it is very convenient and a bit uncomfortable. There are two doctors downstairs, Chinese and Western medicine. The room we chose was a little smaller. After all, there were two people. The proprietress asked herself to choose the room on the day I went. It was really super super good! Although the room is small and complete, everything is complete, and the hygiene is really the cleanest family I have ever lived during this period of travel! Not dirty, not messy, not bad! Service: The boss and the proprietress are super good! And his little son hahaha is very fun, I really like the atmosphere of their family! The parking and driving boss will help to see it is really good! Food: The authentic snack proprietress arranged it for me! In the evening, their family made fried small potatoes and left me a copy. I really cried! The family is really delicious even if I go back to Sichuan, I miss the taste. Because I want to eat local food, I asked the proprietress to the restaurant next to the inn! Tianluo rice noodles are super delicious~ All empty dishes are empty. I really recommend this inn! Clean and hygienic! Really at home

FFatin MunawwarahThe room was exactly like advertised. The owner/staff arrange a car for pick up and even help us to call for a cab for drop off. He came and greet us by entrance, help us buy the tickets to enter the town, explain to us a bit about furong and easily reachable via wechat. This hotel is near to the entrance, so you wont suffer so much with all the luggages you have. There was no elevator, the room is on the 1st floor where the ground floor was a shop for garment rental. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there after checkout. It was loud with performances nearby, but complete silent after 10 or 11. Worth every penny to stay here. Plan ur trip properly for muslim as no halal food available in this town.
