賓館地點接近市中心比較理想，電視不能用，目測原來是酒店的基礎，後期改造一樓和二樓另作他用，衞生很差，衣櫃裏堆滿雜物，設施也老舊，門簾很小，需要去三樓入住且樓梯很長。
