空調不盡人意
部分設備老化：空調運行時噪音較大，淋浴間下水稍慢，建議維護升級。
總結：整體入住體驗良好，適合商務出行或家庭度假，性價比在同價位中表現中上。交通便利性要求高，離五嶺廣場也近，周邊也有區域停車

永州零陵貞觀假日酒店 特價房空間也超級大 都可以跳舞了 床品很舒服 睡着絲滑 用的箭牌衞浴 配2瓶水 每天會清掃 有電梯 高樓層 樓下就是商業街 能偶爾聽到吆喝聲和KTV聲 14點退房 可以多睡個午覺不錯 屋內燈光有點暗 是中央空調 酒店入口在高樓的側面 位置絕佳 柳子廟和零陵古城景點步行可到

很不好的住宿體驗，首先是馬桶有點堵塞，我們入住時污物未清理，令人作嘔！！！！洗澡間的布簾不見了，不知道是不是忘記掛了，搞得馬桶、洗㵰台濕露露！！！洗澡間排水不良，象站在魚塘摸魚！！花灑及支架都是壞的，後勤換了花灑才好用！

熱水器的水壓很大，冬天洗澡很舒服👍🏻👍🏻，外面就是小吃街之類的很方便，門口有公交車站交通便利。但是，入住的第一個晚上來來回回停電了2次，洗漱廁所沒有門，所以是特價單人房吧，價格比較實惠大概90一晚。此外，客房清潔和前台服務都很好、很有耐心。總體來説，還是不錯的體驗！

之前也體驗過這家賓館，現在裝修之後感覺還是挺好的，把很多以前不好的設施都做了修復，這個價格還是相對非常實惠的，每一次來零陵這邊考試，經常會選擇的。性價比挺高的。
