Fue una experiencia muy especial con la familia. las instalaciones del hotel muy comodas, la piscina muy agradable y comodo el hambiente. el desayuno buffet muy rico, variado y bien servido. El personal del Hotel muy amable y calido, y siempre dispuesto a colaborar en sugerencias .

Las instalaciones están en condiciones muy regulares hice el debido proceso de solicitar cambio de habitación habiendo hecho reserva directamente con el hotel pero desde el ingreso debo decir que hubo falencias. * 1 hora en check in[ hoteles de pueblos ya tienen este proceso vía on line] La señora que nos recibió saludo de la siguiente manera "Señora el tono! No dijo buenos días ,buenas tardes y una actitud muy despectiva 2* habitaciones oscura demasiado Ruido y fue una de mis solicitudes que por favor pudiéramos decansar porque nos dejaron al lado del loby y el ruido de ingreso gente hablando etc muy incomodo 3* el estado de la habitación y baño descuidados y el aseo no cumplía 4* la tarifa aunque vi de otros ingresos fue banste alta a diferencia de otros huéspedes 278.000 aprox noche 5* en el momento que el huéspedes llega ya que no aceptan otros horarios distintos a las 3 pm no debería haber cambio de turno pues el ingreso tardo 52 minutos mientas las señora hacían entrega de turno y distintas novedades que el huéspedes no debe oír creo yo además traía un bebe y demasiado el tiempo de espera para recibir la habitación ver video por favor administrativos Anexo fotos entre ellas de las cucarachas que había en la habitación La ducha del baño está tapada

Tuvimos la oportunidad de ocupar las habitaciones familiares, nuestra estancia fue bastante agradable. Habitaciones amplias, camas muy comodas, todo aseado y tranquilo, la zona esta muy bien ubicada, es central y los trayectos son cortos. Cuenta con parqueadero y desayuno. Los trabajadores muy amables, nos recomendaron restaurantes y lugares para conocer muy acordes a lo que queriamos. Fueron flexibles con nuestros requerimientos sin salirse de las normas de convivencia del hotel y toda nuestra estancia en general fue muy gratificante! Sin duda es un lugar al que regresaria.

hace ya varios años voy a Yopal, aproximadamente desde 2018, generalmente voy con mi esposa, y cuando tenemos la oportunidad nos hospedamos en el hotel, pero en mi última estadía, 07 de octubre, sentí que me cobraron bastante dinero por una noche y para una persona sola
