It was listed out on December 25th and someone was cleaning the trash. But when I went out on the 26th, no one cleaned the place, and the garbage piled up like a hill, which was quite unhygienic. not good.

Thanks to John the manager and his fantastic customer service are stay was great. We stayed for two nights, first one was in a room on the road junction and was noisy at night, the second in a Super room. Quiet and lovely view, definitely worth the very small price difference. Thank you John and your team, we will now be returning (Super room only).

Clean pleasant hotel in good location. Firm mattress not to my liking, but that’s a personal choice. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, no complaints.

Fantastic stay at the hotel, whilst our room faced wetherspoons we never had an issue with noise. Nice clean room. Tea and Coffee if you needed it with regular top ups. Brilliant location , short walk into town. 15 minutes to the minster. Will definitely stay again.

First time staying at this Travelodge and will certainly stay again. Perfect location for shops, restaurants and the theatre, all walking distance on the flat. Nice welcome from Karen on arrival. Feels good to be expected having booked online. Efficient and friendly check in. Room was clean, bright and spacious and perfect for one night. We also had a very nice view overlooking the river. Nice and peaceful too so enjoyed a good night's sleep. Excellent stay, highly recommended and would book again.
