Great location, brilliant size space. The room was cleaned ok - toilet roll had been replaced but the old empty one was still there. Confetti under the bed and a gold button left on the side. There were plenty of dishwasher tablets provided but none for the washing machine. If you needed to use it. On the whole we had a fab time. Would stay again.

Convenient transportation, clean

It was a really great experience. The apartment is very close to the church, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions, as well as for shopping and dining. I really liked it!

The soundproofing and hygiene are not good. The most important thing is that you can hear people walking upstairs at night and in the morning, not to mention doors opening and closing. The hotel front desk goes off work very early, so you have to find your key when you arrive. There are no slippers either. Overall, the experience is very bad.

I highly recommend this 1+3 room 1 bedroom 1 living room. The facilities are very complete and you can make your own breakfast. It is located at the entrance and exit of the city wall on the main street. The surrounding environment is very good and very clean. I can sleep peacefully at night. The two sofa beds in the living room need to be improved a little. The quilt is a bit old. The kitchen facilities are very complete. There is also a Tesco nearby, a pharmacy opposite, and an ice cream shop with a long queue. York is not too big and all the itineraries can be completed on foot. It is my favorite city.

The location is very close to the scenic spots. Many buses from the station can reach the door in 2-3 stops. The room is clean and comfortable with a lot of space. We spent a very happy day here, but unfortunately we only stayed one night. Next time we can stay longer. The only drawback is that there is no seasoning at all such as oil and salt.

The location is very convenient, with York City Walls just outside. Butcher Street and the Cathedral are basically a 10-minute walk away. It's on the street but not noisy, you can see the street view, which is quite unique. The staff are super warm and friendly! The room is clean and tidy. But the kitchen doesn't have basic things like salt, pepper and oil. Basically, we had them in our previous B&Bs in the UK, so it was a bit embarrassing that we didn't bring them here. . . In addition, the bed is really small, both single and double. I really don't understand why so many beds in the UK are this small. . . And the single bed will make noise when you turn over at night.

The hotel is in a great location, with York City Walls and Cathedral within easy reach. The room is unique and very clean and tidy! Being able to cook is also a highlight. There is a parking lot nearby, which is very convenient!
