The room description was incorrect. The room was really tight for 5 person. We booked for 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed, but we get 1 double bed bunk bed & another 1 bunk bed. It's difficult for elderly to climb up the bunk, we ended up pay for another 2 single beds in a separate room. The gave us a little discount for it.

This is quite affordable and nice place in very expensive York. I enjoyed staying there

Great location, just a 25 minute walk into the city along the river. Lots of space. Only disappointment was WiFi didn’t reach into our room.

This youth hostel is overall good one. Service is good, location is a bit far from city center and train station as well. Shower room is ok but toilet is not very clean.

Facilities: The loft quad room we stayed in was very comfortable Hygiene: Very clean, snow-white bed sheets Environment: Very quiet place, but the bus is not convenient Service: Very good, friendly

There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals, which is especially suitable for family outings

It was beautiful and comfortable! There was also a hair dryer! It's far from the center, so you either have to walk or take a bus, but there are a lot of buses, and the roads you walk on look beautiful, so I think it's a good idea.

The hotel service is very good, the lady is very nice, but the sanitation facilities really need to be improved, I hope it can be better and better. It is recommended that you book early, it is easy to miss 🌹
