Hedley House Hotel. Wellness and Spa

This hotel is a rip-off. They charged me twice for extra fees, and the front desk staff were incredibly sarcastic and unhelpful. The first time, they even gave me the wrong room key. I walked in to find someone else's belongings, which was really embarrassing. It also made me question the hotel's security – anyone with a key could just walk into any room, right? The duvet and pillows in the room weren't very clean, and the carpet was sticky. Since it's a wooden building, I could constantly hear creaking noises from upstairs at night.

This hotel has that unique, charming family-run English feel. The accommodations are lovely, and it's an easy walk to the city center. The breakfast, in particular, is exceptional – top quality. It's rare to have such a fantastic English breakfast.

Very close to the train station. The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures, but it was still sufficient. It's an old-style building with no air conditioning, and the bathroom fan is quite loud when turned on.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling every detail perfectly, which made me feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful.
