Very bad experience! Loud music party next door for the whole midnight, hotel service is not that good.

Smell, service and cleaning terrible

We stayed there for 5 consecutive days without cleaning, even though we informed the front desk that our room needed cleaning. This is not a happy trip.

I have stayed at Oakbrook for more than 40 nights. It is basically my first choice for every business trip. The location is safe, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient for short-term business trips.

Overall it's ok, but it's too noisy. There's a party downstairs and a lot of black people in the corridor. It's very noisy. The overall feeling is average, but the price is not expensive. I won't stay here anymore.

The hotel is clean and convenient. There is breakfast, a formal American breakfast, and you can also have a full meal at noon and in the afternoon. It is suitable for travel and leisure, and also for business trips. The transportation is also convenient, and there are enough parking spaces.

The hotel is easy to find, the parking lot is big enough, the room is also big, although the hardware is a bit old, but the price-performance ratio is good in this location, it is very close to the high-end Oak Brook shopping center, opposite Costco, there are several good restaurants nearby, the airport can be reached within half an hour by car, it is recommended
