選擇住南山美郡還是看着攜程展示不錯，距離縣中心有點距離，想着可以很好休息。不成想入住後發現幾乎沒有洗浴的熱水，如果温涼水能稱為熱水的話，天下着雨可想在右玉這温度這季節，所以本想洗個熱水澡但是未能如願。電話打到房務，人家説工程師傅在吃晚飯（需要十多分鐘），等了40多分鐘也不見人來，我又打電話催促，包括致電前台，均未能等來檢修人員，後來通過電話瞭解其實房務知曉我們所住這棟樓熱水器故障，然而前台竟然説不知道，房間就這樣起租了，住酒店沒辦法洗熱水澡在北方的三月份，並且還是知道故障存在的前提下，真心不知道房務和前台間如何溝通，當然從這一點看酒店的管理存在不小的問題。這個季節房價便宜，性價比很高，但是沒有熱水供應的時候便衹有價比，而失去了重要的洗漱功能，要知道我們自駕幾百公里來右玉觀光，想洗個熱水澡就這麼困難嘛？ 酒店別墅園林式佈局，整體環境不錯，因為逛風景導致臨睡前才發現熱水供應故障，如果能早點發現肯定是要換房的，一個晚上的湊合沒啥，衹是覺得一不小心“進坑”了，啥時候酒店服務普通公民能像接待領導的小跟班那樣熱情（不用奢想 無微不至），山西的營商環境可能才會有一點提升！ 補充一句，在乍暖還寒的春季，酒店夜景還勉強拿得出手，但是湖邊惡臭撲鼻，不曉得管理人員是否聞得到？
