AAnonymous UserVery authentic Chinese four sided courtyard guesthouse. We loved the atmosphere that represented the old historic courtyard, the location in the old town and the friendly staff. The place was renovated in an authentic way that feels original and several elements look very old. Definitely would return if we are back in the area. It most likely would be difficult to get here without a car. Once in the old town the guesthouse is super easily reachable.

AAnonymous UserI was going to Chengde last week. My friend suggested to go to the ancient town of Nuanquan in Jixian County. Although Nuanquan Ancient Town is a bit hot during the day, after the sun sets, the temperature drops to about 20 degrees. The wind blows and feels comfortable. There is no need to turn on the air conditioner at night. It is very comfortable. It is really a summer resort!
What I am most satisfied with is this Gubao Boyuan B&B: the courtyard retains the original courtyard layout, blue bricks and red tiles, simple and chic; the pavilion has a beautiful view, and the ancient charm is melodious; the room has both scientific and technological facilities and a strong atmosphere of life, which fully shows the personal taste. I love 👍👍
It is worth mentioning that the boss and his wife are very warm and caring, the pick-up is in place, and they also helped us buy discounted performance tickets, let us taste the famous snack ”fried yellow cake” in Jixian for free...Really warm heart 🥰🥰

The room was clean and bright, and the hot springs were moisturized and relieved. From reception to departure, the meticulous and intimate front desk runs through the whole time. The door face is the restaurant. The accommodation facilities are still available in the local area. The health is good. The service is average because the front desk said that his accommodation rate is good and bad. It is higher because there is this homestay with a restaurant. There is also a relatively large homestay in the castle. If you want to eat in Sanhetai, it is best not to order hard dishes because the taste is generally 15 yuan for breakfast. It is very simple. It is far from the iron flower.
