服務很好，新建的酒店，洗衣機烘乾機都很智能，前台也很熱情周到。很方便，交通方便，旁邊就是客運站，附近還有醫院

我們是3月16號跑馬拉松過來的，可能是我房間預訂的比較早價格低了些吧，讓酒店前台有了很大的區別對待。先是辦入住時，前台給我安排街邊這排，我説我跑馬拉松，而且住的天數多，想要安靜的房間，能不能靠客運站那邊，高樓層的，勉強給我靠客運站了，但是，高樓層沒有，高樓層住的全是長包房客人，不對外。我在二樓。但是我再次路過前台的時候，聽前台跟其他客人説，給人家安排在7樓入住。
是因為我連住三天不如人家住一天的貴？所以糊弄？
店長給的解釋是，高樓層的可能退房晚，當時沒有打掃出來。
不，如果是沒有打掃出來，你可以跟我講，高樓層沒有退，看我是否願意等，如果我不願意，那二樓是我自己接受的，不應該是你們告訴我高樓層不對外，然後給其他人。
3月16號早上一大早我們跑馬的人都出門去了，我房間門上掛了打掃牌，等我們跑完回來都中午了，還沒有打掃
而且沒有棉簽提供的酒店我也是第一次見到。
還是要感謝店長把她自己私人的棉簽給我送兩根過來給我使用的。

每次回遠安首選城市便捷酒店，因為不會遺憾。酒店在縣城中心，做什麼都很方便，樓下就是客運站，超市，對面有工商銀行，各種小商店應有盡有。酒店前台美女服務好，客房乾淨衞生，還有洗衣房，早餐也不錯！更讚的是停車也方便，簡直不要太完美了！

走幾步就能到車站，無論是南來北往，都不用擔心找不到路。從這裏出發，衹要15分鐘車程，鳴鳳山、金家灣和太清洞這些熱門景點都能輕鬆打卡！馬拉松公園，美食街就在咫尺，夜宵or早餐隨便選；娛樂設施齊全，放鬆心情剛剛好。

設施：大屏投影還挺好的，就是毛巾和浴巾看起來用了很久很久似的，邊都壞了。
衞生：住了幾次還可以。
環境：汽車站邊上不是很吵。
服務：不是很好上午辦理入住的時候前台沒人，來人了不打招呼也沒微笑，感覺服務員很不開心。

來遠安跑馬拉松，離起點不遠。房間很乾凈。前台小姐姐很熱情，知道我們來跑馬，主動給我們把退房時間延後。還送了小零食。明年來跑馬還住這裏
