This hotel is excellent in every sense. We were unfamiliar with Yuanyang and how to get around, but the staff help us in every way and make our stay really enjoyable. The hotel arrange an excellent private car/driver for us and took us to all the wonderful places. We had to check out one day earlier due to emergency, and the hotel staff help us contact trip.com and arrange a one day refund. We stayed 3 nights in a suite and it has huge outdoor viewing and sitting area. its really worth it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet, and the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room included Tickets to 3 of the main terraces with breakfast. I think this is enough to enjoy your stay in Yuanyang. We also walked to one of the smaller terraces right behind the hotel. It leads to a small Hani village. We did find their restaurant a bit expensive so we walked down the street to restaurants that are a little more affordable.

The hotel is new and awesome. The staff are really helpful and kind, they are willing to help you at any time. Regarding the room, is spacious and clean. The breakfast is a set meal with noddles (see picture 5). Will definitely recommend this place.

The overall design of the hotel is pretty good, but the location of the hotel is lower than the road. All the rooms on the first floor in the direction of the wall are very damp and musty. It feels like even the inside of the quilt has a musty smell.

The hotel has no hot water. The TV had no cable. Made a phone call to communicate. Promise to send someone to solve it immediately. In fact, no one came to solve the problem that night. There were only two 360ml bottles of water in the room for free. There is only rice noodle set for breakfast. The room price is relatively expensive in Yunyang County. The service quality is really bad. Some travelers also reported the same problem when checking out.
