The owners of this hotel are simply amazing. They are very wonderful people with beautiful souls. They will help you with everything, specially if you want to visit the rice terraces. The hotel is not new, and the amenities and the rooms are old, but we were very happy to be here with these people.

One of my worst experience in 8 month travelling around Asia. There was a big **** on the toilet, i've never seen something like this 😅 and a room was really desgusting, and the sheets smelled the cigaret. Run !!!

The front desk waitress without bangs had a poor service attitude and kept playing games. He didn't say anything when he gave us the room card. He was very quiet. We asked several times and he responded to us with a very poor service attitude and was very impatient. We came from Guangdong to Yuanyang to celebrate the Water Splashing Festival. I thought the service attitude here in Yuanyang was so poor. I won't come back then, and I won't come to this hotel again. The bed in the store is very small and does not match the picture at all. Anyway, the service attitude at the front desk is not good at all👎
