比較新的酒店，房間還有味道。住了一晚上，4個大人鼻子都堵着不舒服，孩子一早上起來就流鼻血。這個季節，建議酒店可以換薄一點的被子了，用的厚被子，蓋了熱不蓋冷。再就是遊樂園和户外卡丁車，下午5點就關門了，至少節假日要延長一點時間吧，這夏天了7點多才天黑。

帶孩子從西安過來岳西比賽，晚上到的，離好遠就看到了這個大城堡， 簡直太美了！伴隨着孩子的尖叫聲到了酒店，果然首先服務就讓人很滿意，前台和停車小哥等工作人員都很耐心熱情！標準間兩張一米五的床簡直不要太舒服了，匆匆收拾了行立馬就下樓拍照打卡，一秒鐘都不想多等，哈哈，還有豐富的早餐讓我們一家人都很滿意這次出遊，城堡酒店真的是為岳西上了大分，好開心的一次出遊！

房間很大，佈局合理，設施都是名牌，能看出來業主非常用心，服務員也訓練有素，彬彬有禮，行李直送房間，整體酒店裝修豪華大氣，必須要贊！

新裝修的酒店，各項設施都很好，進大堂工作人員都很有禮貌的打招呼，這個價格在節假日期間真的是良心價了，絕對的性價比，設施在縣城來説是非常好了，感應馬桶，加熱毛巾架，應有盡有，室外還有卡丁車，孩子玩的很開心，酒店自帶的中餐廳菜味道很可口，謝謝贈送的位湯，早餐品種也很不錯，下次來還會來打卡的，贊贊贊贊贊

岳西蝴蝶塢城堡酒店：如此“升級”，實屬不妥！
提前在攜程預訂房間，平台明確顯示房間已升級，我本以為這是一次貼心的安排。然而到達酒店後，前台卻表示並無此事，並告知升級必須提前聯繫酒店，像我這樣臨時性沒有辦法升級。我耐心解釋訂單上的標註以及攜程提前提示了房型升級，前台工作人員查看後改口説是自己看錯了，房間已做升級。本以為事情就此解決，卻不料入住時，打掃衞生的阿姨明確告知我，這裏並不是升級房型的區域。如此反覆，實在讓人難以接受。大晚上的，如此折騰客人，把客人當猴兒耍，實屬不妥！

這個酒店簡直太美，真的是大大的物超所值。大堂超級乾淨，晚上看酒店就是城堡的樣子。前台小姐姐服務超級好，孩子玩嗨了，把行李箱都丟在大堂，還好工作人員給收好了。我一定會帶家人再來

去天峽看杜鵑花，搜尋酒店時一眼被吸引，城堡一樣的酒店很難不心動啊。到了酒店也沒有讓人失望，服務很周到，房間也很大，唯一不足的就是有點熱，前台也給了風扇
