優點:在湖旁邊，清晨起來景色很美!非常出片!
缺點:設施老舊，燈罩裏很多積灰。床單這褶皺多，看起來像是沒有換（不確定）。被罩上有污漬，換了一次被罩。隔音效果不太好，旁邊關門的聲音很大。

看了評論區懷着忐忑的心情訂的酒店，結果我覺得很好呀，沒有評論區説的那樣老舊差，早餐七點多去的，也還行，訂的湖景標間，床品很乾凈，房間有陽台，很乾凈，這個小眾景點也很適合週末親子出行，不累人，有水小孩就很開心啦，離景區很近，玩好漂流回酒店洗換，總體挺滿意。

夏季玩水不錯的地方，房間是靠着湖邊的，風景也不錯，房間空間感覺也挺大的，價格也不是很貴，下次有機會在來！

衞生還可以，水質較差，剛開始放的時候自來水有黑水，設施有些老舊，床頭插座都是壞的，價格偏高，這個價格不划算，還不如到大門口住那民宿呢

房間想當大，衞生也很好，最最重要的是房間裏面的衣架也足夠。
前台小姐姐很漂亮態度也很好。
最後就是周邊環境相當好，過橋的餐館老闆做的飯也好吃。

在大別山彩虹瀑布園區裏，勝在地理位置，不用出園區，酒店到瀑布入口一百多米。定的是套房標間，環境還可以，但天熱了肯定蚊蟲多。園區裏沒有外賣，吃飯不方便，建議自帶零食和自熱米飯等。最差的感受是早餐，我的套餐帶兩人早餐，但孩子在睡覺，我一人前往食堂因為8點30停餐。到了門口飯卡跟80年代大食堂一樣，不看飯卡，阿姨按人頭髮雞蛋，我解釋了情況，阿姨很不情願的給了兩個雞蛋。攜程給了三星酒店，如果看早餐的話，認為衹能一星。如果酒店要解約成本，這麼拉胯的自助早餐就不要了，按人做好套餐就好。20元1人的早餐，兩個份的成本最多10元：2個雞蛋，4個燒賣，2個鍋貼，沒東西可拿了。

酒店服務很滿意，環境也很好，酒店床品也比較舒服，但是床單破了個洞，另一個被子上面有血跡，床單被罩還算清洗比較乾淨，浴巾使用身上有點癢
