The service staff at the hotel is very very helpful and attentive. Fresh fruits are served to our room daily and free laundry service is provided.

This was our second stay at the hotel & the service and facilities are excellent! We visited to see the pandas and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are kind and attentive.
The bathroom was great, lovely shower and bathtub, comfy beds and seating area. The air con is great during the day but I couldn't make it cold enough at night.
My only let down is the smokers at breakfast, such a shame people still smoke in the eating area in such a nice hotel.
I will stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Yueyang & the pandas!

Very comfortable stay, excellent service. Car can be arranged to and from Yueyang Dong railway station. Free breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel stay was very satisfactory.The morning is rich and delicious.The waiter is very enthusiastic.The room is clean and tidy.There is a shuttle service.I don't know yet.Front desk staffOffer to send me.I'm really satisfied. I'll come again next time.

還不錯。有迎接水果，就是早餐比較早就沒了，一定得提前點就吃，我們踩點去所剩無幾，前台還補寄個醬板鴨以表歉意！！態度很好，隔壁就是岳陽樓，鄱陽湖！交通方便
