This was my first time staying in Yufuin. The property was in great condition, and what I particularly loved was the wide variety of private outdoor family baths, all of which were spacious. We only opted for breakfast this time, skipping dinner, and the breakfast was excellent. I'd definitely love to try dinner if I get to stay here again in the future!

The location and service are excellent, I'm very satisfied. The facilities are a bit old, so it didn't feel particularly clean. However, the great location and service made up for it.

Conveniently located between the lake and the walking street, there are private onsen for use at 500¥, else public bath are available without charges . Free souvenirs for the guests too. The room is clean with ensuite bathroom and toilet. Generally it’s a pleasant stay.

This must be the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in Japan. It is a traditional Ryokan with 3 Private Onsen available for reservation upon arrival. The scenery and ambience around the hotel were peaceful & very gorgeous. The mountain view from our room was fantastic. Besides, it took less than 10 mins walking distance to the famous Kinrik Lake! 😌🎐 Each guest could pick a 👘 for free too. The services was great and the staffs were attentive too. We stored all our biggest luggages at Yufuin Station and only brought along light luggage because it is far away from station. Gentle reminder for the guest to book a taxi at least one day earlier before your departure. By the way, it was a lucky morning when it started to snow during our ryokan checked out! It made the Ryokan looked even more amazing! ❄️ The only regret was breakfast and dinner were both unavailable during reservation and there is no ryokan contact was available before arrival. It would be 100% if I were to taste the すきやき, Sukiyaki! 🥩🍲

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were so so friendly and made me feel safe although I was a solo traveller. Loved the yukata you could wear around the hotel. The private onsen is first come first serve so make sure to book early at the reception! You must get the kaiseki dinner and breakfast. One of the best meals I had including the restaurants I’ve visited during my one month stay in Japan with incredible views of the mountain. An easy 15min walk from yufuin station/bus station even with my massive luggage especially with the scenic view on the way there. And less than 10min walk to floral village and kinrin lake! Thanks once again!!

Had a comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent. They had different nice choices of onsen. Enjoyed the excellent mountain view. The location was good with access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended!

The hot spring is very comfortable and clean, and the waiter is very nice and friendly; The food is of high quality and the ingredients are fresh; every dish is like a work of art, very good and worth recommending!

Very satisfied! Every staff in the B&B is very friendly and the service is perfect! The B&B is very clean and comfortable, and you can book a private bath, and the bathing environment is also beautiful❤️ In addition, I especially praise the dinner and breakfast~ It's really delicious! Very spacious tatami room, beyond expectations! The room is very clean, the toilet and shower room are separate, which is great. The front desk lady is very attentive and gave a small gift🎁. You can use the open-air hot spring after making an appointment. Breakfast and dinner are very good, especially dinner, the portion is very large, and the menu is prepared in advance when dining, which is very exquisite! I just think the sukiyaki pot tastes a bit heavy, everything else is OK, and the dessert is great! Of course, the price is also beautiful😂

I was looking for a place with good value for money and accessibility in Kyoto because I was attracted to ryokans! It is a place near Kirin Lake, so it is close to Yufuin Street. The location is perfect! It was about 10-15 minutes walk from the bus terminal and Yufuin Station. I was alone, but I went there cheaply because there was a special price. There seemed to be many families, and I didn't make a reservation, so I used it at 16:30, which is ambiguous about using the private bath. I was originally staying in Yufuin for 2 nights, and it was the last day, so I went right at check-in time and spent the day at the accommodation. I enjoyed the private bath and the large bath, and it was so great! It was December 9/10, but it wasn't cold to wash outside (it could be the heat of the hot spring, but it varies from person to person.) You can enjoy the private bath in the morning, but I finished the morning with the large bath! The kaiseki and breakfast were great! I also thought it would be better if I brought my parents. I don't know if the staff is Korean, but there was someone who could speak Korean, so I had a very comfortable trip!! You should definitely visit.

The place is about a 15-minute walk from the Yufuin Station bus stop. The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures and I was very satisfied. In addition, the course for the evening kaiseki I requested was very satisfactory. The public bath is not large, but it was nice to be able to feel the cold wind and warmth from the outside, and I was also very satisfied with the private bath (open-air bath) that I reserved. The breakfast was also Japanese-style, which was less burdensome and delicious.

The staff member who spoke Korean well in the review was able to meet me at the breakfast restaurant. They were incredibly kind, and the other staff members were as kind as all the staff members I've ever traveled with..ㅠㅠ Next time, I'll definitely book a trip just to go to this hotel. The morning hot spring I took was fantastic.. It happened to snow that day.. I don't think I'll ever forget the hot spring I took while getting snowed in.ㅠㅠ This place alone was a great healing during the trip I took to console my mind after my mother passed away.. Everything from eating to resting to sleeping was happy. I'll definitely come here for a vacation on my next trip!!!!!

Check-in comes with a small gift. The staff speaks good English, smiles and provides good service. The location is some distance from Yunotsubo Street. 𢹂Passengers with large luggage should be careful The room is 14 square meters but larger than expected. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas, but there are no hooks to hang clothes.
