Staff are nice, place is nice, recommend to go.

Food nicely conjured & delectable. The drinking free flow plan is 👍🏻. The environment wows me. Butler service with exception attention to details (provided by a young Nepali) is fantastic. Location is good but the route is a little bit hard to find the small road in dark (more road signs might be helpful). However, the location is so private so I somehow enjoy the getaway silence and fresh air. The hotel is like a hidden Jew.

Highly recommended! It is far from Yufuin Station but they will provide round trip taxis, so remember to make a reservation in advance. The service attitude is very good. The room is not very new or beautiful but acceptable. Enjoy the beautiful view, including dinner and breakfast. Knowing that I am allergic to certain foods, they will prepare suitable food for me and will email you in advance. Beautiful environment, recommended!

The staff is super polite, there is a welcome drink as soon as you check in, you help you carry your luggage and put it in the room, and there is a room tour to introduce all the facilities. Dinner in a private room, each dish will be introduced to the ingredients, from the first course to dessert was very tasty, super recommended. The room is clean, spotless and well heated. After private warming there is outdoor indoor, very comfortable.

A Nepalese front desk colleague was very considerate and attentive, helping with luggage and carefully introducing the hotel and room facilities as soon as we arrived. On the day of leaving, I took advantage of the time of customers waiting for a taxi and took the initiative to arrange to help us take pictures. The environment is quiet, the service is warm, and there is an escort to the room and introduction. The room is spacious, the area is clear, and the privacy is good. Breakfast and dinner are served in a separate room. The food is exquisite. The Nepalese guy who serves is very polite and takes the initiative to help us take pictures. The hotel also gives away taxi fares to and from the station. I will recommend it to my friends

I stayed here with my girlfriend. The inn is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Yufuin Station, and if you use Minato Taxi, there is no rent fee. The building itself has a quaint design, which is a great thing about an inn, and it was clean. We stayed in the Royal Suite Room this time, and the living room with TV, bedroom, dressing room/washroom, toilet, balcony, bathroom attached to the private room, and open-air bath were all very satisfying. There were plenty of amenities, and we didn't feel inconvenienced at all. We were able to eat in our private room, and they were able to change the taste, quantity, and ingredients for any allergies, which I thought was the best service.

The hotel is very quaint and the staff is polite and attentive. Since there are only stairs, they will be very helpful to help you carry your luggage. One stay and two meals, the food is rich and super filling. The private hot spring is comfortable and convenient.

First time experiencing Japan's one-stop-two meals, super looking forward to it! It didn't disappoint me when I went there, and it was super surprising!!! The view is really great, the service quality is extremely high! Definitely worth a second visit~ But remember to book in advance ~The hotel will also include a free taxi to Yufuin Station~

You can choose to stay in the hotel for breakfast and dinner, which are delicious, and there are many choices for drinks and they are free! Finally, the service is also super good. Taking a taxi from Yufuin Station to the hotel is reimbursable!

自駕遊，位置很容易搵到。特別推薦餐飲一定要試一泊兩食。食物精緻飲品全免。早餐亦非常豐富。住宿方面有私人風呂希望下次亦都有機會再去。職員服務良好，大推！職員非常細心入住時會先問你有沒有食物飲敏感，其後在餐飲上避免該款食物。
