Good quality of food and service .

The ryokan is clean and small although it is quite old. The dishes are delicious. The service is very excellent. Even the guest does not know Japanese, he will try his best to explain the food to the guest. Every single dish just like an art piece which use the seasonal plant to decorate the dish. The whole set of dinner and breakfast are excellent. The disappointing point is the the outdoor Onsen. The size is too small for occupants.

Food is nice and the environment is good. It's close to Aeon, can get daily stuff easily. Dinner was start at 6pm and trip.com will not tell in advance, it has to be noted by customers.

The Japanese auntie who just walked in was serious, but she patiently called me over to tell me the itinerary, and stipulated that dinner would be at 6 o'clock and breakfast at 8:30. I had to eat on time. Believe me, the price in the peak season is also cost-effective. It is really beautiful and delicious. The staff is gentle and polite. The room is clean and the room with a bathroom will come with a small private bath, which can be added with some cold water. Their hot spring water is so hot that it is almost cooked... The riverside path from the hotel to Yufuin Town is really beautiful, don't miss it!

Morning and dinner are not enough, the kaiseki food is cheap and the portions are not enough. I chose this room because the online reviews said it was very good, but in fact it was just average. I won't choose this hotel next time. I don’t think you would eat these foods at similar prices nearby.

The waiters are polite, dinner and breakfast are abundant, and the outdoor hot spring is small but clean. However, dinner is limited to 6 pm, so you need to rush back to the hotel to eat, and you also need to wait for check-in time.

Not far from the train station, about 10 minutes walk. Due to weather conditions on the day we checked in, all the buses from the airport to Yufuin were stopped. We missed the direct train from Hakata to Yufuin and had to transfer from Hakata-Kurume-Hita-Yufuin. We called the hotel in advance and delayed check-in until 7:30. The hotel staff waited for us to check in and have dinner. Thank you very much. The hotel has its own open-air hot spring, which can help us get rid of the fatigue of the day. Very good experience.

The food is not bad, but Hong Kong people may not taste it well.
