This is our second time staying at this hotel, and everything, from the facilities and environment to the service and food, is absolutely top-notch! They offer a private shuttle service, and the location right by Lake Kinrin is perfect. Both breakfast and dinner feature local ingredients that are incredibly fresh and delicious. My friends and I, a group of five, booked a two-story suite with two bedrooms. It included two private in-room hot springs, and the decor was absolutely beautiful and elegant, with a Japanese garden design that was truly relaxing. We'll definitely be back again! 😀😍

Extremely close to Kinrin Lake. After strolling around the lake, you can head straight to the hotel to relax and enjoy the hot spring. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling. The room has two private hot spring baths, one indoor and one outdoor, which is fantastic. The dinner was superb, especially the wagyu beef, which was delicious. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, both very good. If I have the chance to visit Yufuin, Fukuoka again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

This was my first time staying at a hot spring ryokan, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Upon arrival, we were offered welcome tea and snacks, and they even helped us take our luggage to the room. Our stay included dinner and breakfast, and the meals were incredibly rich and delicious. The main course for dinner was Wagyu shabu-shabu. If you don't eat beef, you can inform them in advance. If you wait until the day of, there might be an additional charge. The room was huge, split over two floors. The bedroom was on the second floor, while the first floor mainly consisted of the living room and a private hot spring area. The private hot spring even had both indoor and outdoor sections, which was a fantastic experience. Since I don't speak Japanese and only a little English, they were very patient in translating everything during our interactions (check-in, meal explanations, etc.). When checking out, they escorted us to our car. During check-in, they also asked if we'd like a ride to Yufuin Station upon check-out, but since we had a private car, we didn't use that service, so I'm not sure if there's a charge for it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Great location and excellent rooms. We tried the Japanese kaiseki dinner and the lavish breakfast. Most importantly, the staff's service truly made us feel like valued guests.

We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs. The female staff member who assisted our family throughout the day was incredibly kind, making our day truly wonderful. I didn't get her name, but thank you very much! ^^
