Very clean and spacious, homey, all the necessities (utensils, cup, etc) are available in the kitchen. Love the nespresso coffee machine, gave me a good boost in the morning!

Rakuten stay x will style is always our top choice. We enjoyed the stay very much and didn't want to leave indeed.

1. Poor customers service via tablet video call
2. Power shut down for few times when you were operating hearing, cooking and shower
3. No one cleared the trash and made the bed
4. Self check in to input numerous information from all customers
5. Only one washroom is provided
Only one good point is that the apartment is quite nice

we are group of 3 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. The hotel is clean, and utensils for cooking are useful. We were able to cook for our own dinner. laundry area with a heating exhaust fan is good for drying clothes over the night.
The only thing is the stairs is a bit dangerous for babies and young kids as they are quite steep. Otherwise our stay had been perfect.

A very satisfactory small house with three rooms that can accommodate at least 6 people
The kitchen is fully equipped. I stayed for two nights and cooked two big meals. It was a lively and warm experience
The room facilities are very new and clean
The location is about 700 to 800 meters away from the busiest street in Yufuin. You can get there by walking down the hill and turning a corner.
If you drag your luggage to arrive from the JR station on foot, it will be more difficult. It takes about 2 kilometers and it is also tiring to go up the mountain. It is recommended to take a taxi
Overall, it is highly recommended. There are parking spaces. It is suitable for family self-driving travel. The cost performance is very high

This trip is my second time staying at Rakuten, if compared to the one in Itojima, the one in Itoshima is better!
6 mins walk from here has reached Tong no Ping Street and Supermarket!
