I went on a wedding anniversary trip. It was a very happy trip with friendly people and nice hot springs.

Traditional Japanese-style building with only 11 rooms. It is located on Yufuin Mountain. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Kinphosphorus Lake. The service is attentive and the staff are polite and understand English. The environment is beautiful. Two meals per stay. The food is exquisite. The room has a semi-open-air private hot spring. Very comfortable

The hotel is located next to the beautiful Jinlin Lake, with a strategic location and an easy walk to the hot spring street. From the friendly, professional and efficient service at the front desk to every detail of the check-in process, the hotel shows its thoughtful consideration for its guests. In terms of catering, the hotel's signature hot spring eggs and roasted sweet potatoes enriched guests' taste buds, while the popcorn creation activity after dinner added a lot of joy to the atmosphere. The convenient shuttle bus service runs to and from the station, providing great convenience for guests' travel. The hotel's quiet environment is the perfect place to relax without being disturbed by the outside world. The large bath has the look and feel of a traditional Japanese hot spring, while the private hot spring in the room allows guests to enjoy the water in undisturbed privacy.

The service is absolutely first-class, the environment is beautiful, and the rooms are large enough. As for the food, I personally think it's okay.

初めて利用させていただきました。離れのお部屋でしたが、広々としていてすごくくつろげました。露天風呂もかけ流しの湯でしたので、時間を気にすることなく入れるのは最高でした。またぜひ伺いたいと思います。

후지룸 후기가 적어서 걱정했는데 방 너무 너무 좋았어요! 가족여행이었는데 방도 넓고 개인노천탕도 정말 최고! 겨울이라 자는데 방이 조금 춥기는 했어요~ 따뜻한 잠옷 이나 핫팩 꼭 챙겨가세요ㅎㅎ 가이세키는 나쁘진 않았으나 평대로 조금 아쉽긴 했습니다. 그래도 시설도 너무 좋고 탕들도 다 마음에 들었고 다들 너무 친절하셔서 만족스러운 스테이였어요 :)

한국인 기준, 좋은 의미에서 레트로한 분위기의 료칸입니다. 카이세키도 괜찮은 수준으로 나오고, 노천탕도 시간을 지정해서 전세로 사용할 수 있습니다. 다만 욕탕이 좀 낡았다는 느낌을 받으실 수 있습니다. 그 정도만 제외하면 현재 가격에서 전체적으로 좋은 평가를 줄 수 있을 것 같아요.

The overall atmosphere and hot spring were very nice, but it was too cold without the heater on, and the soundproofing was not good. Breakfast was delicious, and the morning hot springs were great!

호테이룸이랑 시다카 룸에 묵었어요. 겨울에 호테이방은 다른룸보다 추워요. 시다카방은 입실할때부터 바닥도 난방이 되어있고, 히터까지 잘 작동되어있는데, 호테이방은 조금 냉골이예요 ㅎ 호테이방은 저희가 바닥도 틀어봤는데 잘 작동이 되지않고 히터 틀어야 공기가 따뜻해 집니다~ 겨울에 전기장판 필수준비물이이예요~ 둘다 개인 노천탕은 훌륭합니다. 부모님 모시고 가시면 시다카 룸 완전강추요 ( 룸안에 있는 전신마사지기도 만족에 한몫해요 ) 이틀연박하니 석식도 조식도 두번다 바뀌어서 나와요

We had stayed for one night to celebrate our 4th Anniversary. We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were so nice and friendly. There was pick up service at the JR station and the hotel is very close to the Main Street for shopping and for food!

Overall, the stay was okay and not bad. However, in terms of food and service, I would say the hotel was average at best and not at par with the pricing.

The room is traditional and beautiful. The private onsen is nice. The staff are nice. However, the food need to improve.
