Fall in love with this place, will definitely come again in the future. The hotel is very clean and tidy, convenient location. All the staff are very friendly and professional, only thing is that they are not very good at English, so it will be better if you can speak Japanese or prepare AI translations all the time. Overall it is a fabulous place of great experience.

Great service. You can call the onsen ryokan when you arrive Yufuin station, and they can arrange shuttle/car drive the ryokan. The service of the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was big, and they provide good and ergonomic pillows. The dinner and breakfast were great too! Freshly made with seasonal food. One of the best place I’ve ever stayed in!

Great hospitality experience from booking until our way back from Yufuin train station. The staff service was 5-star. The hotel is located in the main touristic area but as soon as you step behind the curtain, it is calm and lovely. The room was sparkling clean, with great amenities and comfort. The public/private baths were also great, very clean and no reservation needed. Special mention to the restaurant recommendation, a great dinner spot recommended nearby the hotel. Strongly recommend to anyone willing to stay in Yufuin.

Traveling with my mother, the hotel is right in the center of Yufuin's attractions, next to Kinrin Pond, very pleasant and convenient. Facilities: very clean and new, with hot springs, one night, two meals and private bath Hygiene: spotless, quilts and cups are very clean Environment: satisfactory Service: can't speak English but very sincere

The hotel is of high quality and the service is very good. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast are excellent. This time I stayed in a private hot spring bath, so I can enjoy the hot spring at any time without leaving the room!

The room is very big and comfortable. It is very close to Kinkinrin Lake, so you can go for a walk by the lake early in the morning. The snoopy tea house is just opposite the hotel, which is convenient for visiting. The hot spring is of good quality. I think it is the right choice. Pick-up from the station is possible.

The hotel is located in the heart of Yufuin, with a retro and beautiful environment, where you can experience authentic Japanese style. The service is considerate, the private bath is comfortable, and the food provided is also very delicious. I think it is the best choice for visiting Yufuin.

Arrived at JR station, saw other hotels have cars to pick up, tried to ask the hotel if there is a pick-up service, confirmed at JR station, 5 minutes later a driver came to pick up with a sign. 2. Check in and wait in the lobby, there are hot towels, ice cream and tea. Kneeling service throughout the whole process... 3. The room is quite spacious, mini bar Xiaobing has three kinds of drinks, all free. You can also make tea (matcha) and coffee. 4. The bathroom has two family rooms and men's and women's baths. The family room has an indoor and outdoor pool... 5. It's a pity that I didn't order meals, breakfast and dinner were all done in Yufuin Town.

A very warm and comfortable Japanese-style hotel, the service staff is friendly, the environment is comfortable, and it feels like home. The breakfasts are very exquisite and delicious, and the portions are not too much or too little. Just next to the shopping street, the location is convenient. The hot springs are of excellent quality and the bath products use natural essential oils. The only drawback is that there are too many mosquitoes in the hot spring area at night.
