I rented a car from Ban and arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. Since it was automatically charged after 5 PM, there was nothing special to do. I woke up early in the morning and had a good view of Mount Ararat. Although it was on the rooftop, I took pictures of Mount Ararat indoors, had breakfast, and drove from Ban for about 3 hours the night before, so there were a lot of bugs on the car. I asked the owner if I could get some water to get rid of the bugs, and the owner said not to worry and brought his employee to wash the car by hand for more than 30 minutes. I was so sorry and grateful. When I tried to give him the car wash money, he refused and said that if he really wanted to give me the employee, he would give me 200 tr. I was sorry and grateful. However, it was difficult because the employees did not speak English well.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. The room was of a high standard, very clean and a large shower stall in the bathroom. The hotel is very quiet. The staff speak a variety of languages. The hotel has an onsite laundry for rapid washing. Recommended

Such a great facility! This is a well-kept facility that caters to all sorts of travelers from around the world. If you are visiting for fun, as a climber or even just for business, you are lucky if you can find a room. This best kept secret in this remote corner of Türkiye has friendly staff and a manager that hovers around the hotel.

Well this hotel is situated just off the main through road, easy access to fuel for your car and local convenience shops (bim & A101). The hotel is set back from the road so no noise from the traffic. Good check in at reception and help for luggage up to room as no elevator. Room is spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very nice and a reasonable selection of items, the bread is so fresh. Staff they are friendly, helpful, and you can ask and they will do their best to find out. You can only try the place for your self as this is only my opinion

Great attention, Wonderful staff especially Salih and Basak and good guidance. Correct address. Apart from the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of breakfast, it is one of the rare locations where you can safely ask every question and get the most accurate answer. Being central is also a great advantage. Everything is within reach of your base. In addition, the explorer spirit of the hotel owners also allows you to gain a much deeper knowledge about the region.

We stayed as part of a climbing trip to Mount Ararat. The hotel was exactly what we needed. We had a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, including looking after some of our luggage while we climbed Ararat. Some of the staff spoke English. The hotel was clean and well-kept and the food was good. There was also a nice garden area with some outdoor seating next to the car park. The hotel lounge was decorated with an array of fascinating local artefacts. For anyone visiting this area, I would totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night as 4 women, the services started from the moment we parked our car. The breakfast was sufficient, safe and peaceful, we stayed without any doubt. Also, if you come across an open air from the terrace, the Ağrı view is unique.. Be sure to call the hotel and make a reservation and pay here, the prices are higher on the sites.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Both the smiling faces, the welcome and the guest service are great. The rooms are clean and tidy. I definitely recommend it as a nice place for couples to come. All you have to do is pick up your suitcase and come.
