My wife and I have enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Whitehorse very much. We loved the decor and the overall ambiance of the hotel. The whole place impresses with its clean lines, calming palettes, and well-proportioned spaces. The entire hotel is kept meticulously. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and fresh, and has a very user-friendly layout. What has impressed us most and we are so grateful for was the staff who have extended their understanding and help to us during our stay at the hotel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to contact our airline company to reschedule our flights urgently but for some reasons we were not able to get the phone line connected despite repeated attempts. On learning of our plight, the Front Office Manager Hashini Rodrigo, and her team Kabin, Nar, and Palak went out of their way to ensure that we would be able to speak with the airline on the phone and that we would be able to do so in a quiet corner without being disturbed. Hashini and her team were so understanding and supportive during our desperate moments. We would like to express our deep appreciation to each of them! Apart from our personal story, we came away with the view that Hyatt Place Whitehorse, with its comprehensive facilities and wonderful staff is a stand-out amongst the hotels in Whitehorse. We have had a very memorable experience staying at Hyatt Place Whitehorse. We would not hesitate to stay in this lovely hotel again when we visit Whitehorse in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.
