New hotel, everything is satisfactory. Clean room and bathroom. This was the first time I used the hotel's laundry room because I went to Wave Valley during the day and it was very windy and sandy. I was covered in dirt and it was hot at noon and I was sweating. I’m worried about what to do (I didn’t bring extra clothes for a short trip). Hehe, washing + drying, convenient and clean.
The free breakfast provided by the hotel is delicious and has a wide variety.
The hotel staff was enthusiastic. When we arrived in Yulin at night, the hotel was located in the downtown area and parking was very tight during holidays. The hotel staff came in person to lead our car to a nearby parking lot. Very patient and meticulous.

We have been travelling in China for 2 weeks now and this is the nicest hotel yet, and probably the nicest way hotel for the price we have ever stayed at - we are well travelled and have stayed in hotels all over the world and honestly, for the price, this might be the best. From the kind check-in at the beautiful lobby/ reception area, served with a smile and a cool drink, to the comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed room everything was great. I was particularly impressed with the laundry room - we have had laundry facilities at most of the hotel stays in China, but this was the most thoughtfully appointed laundry room/ laundry experience yet. Breakfast was great, lots of yummy options that pleased our western preferences. We are currently on an extended holiday driving our 4x4 vehicle from Mongolia to Europe, so we were pleased to find the great hotel parking. While out at the car we got to meet the gardener who was growing amazing vegetables in the back hotel garden, then he called over the Boss to meet us and he was the friendliest man and very interested to hear about our trip/ ask us about our truck. It was a lovely interaction and we felt so welcomed.
I never really give reviews, purely out of laziness, but this one deserves it. 10 out of 10 experience.

The hotel's hygiene and facilities are excellent, but I haven't eaten the food, so I can't comment on it. Because the hotel is located in the railway station square, there are many bus lines to take, which is very convenient.

The service was so warm that I want to give it five stars: the lady at the front desk had a super sweet smile and took the initiative to help with luggage and deliver fruits; the cleaning lady would quietly ask about needs while cleaning; and she also gave me a souvenir when I left. I was really spoiled! The breakfast is so delicious that you will burst your stomach: there are freshly made wontons, Western bread and desserts, local specialties, and the restaurant is bright and spacious. Even the coffee is freshly ground, which starts the day full of energy~ The price-performance ratio is so high: 300+ per person to stay in a hotel of this quality is much better than expected! Next time I bring my family here, I will stay here again. ✨Summary: From entering the door to leaving, there were no disappointments. Professionalism and attentiveness were evident everywhere. Living here is what it means to be on vacation!

The reason why I wasn't completely satisfied, is that they didn't understand first that I had booked the room on Trip and they were confused by registering a foreigner. Their description says, that this hotel accepts foreigners, so it shouldn't be a problem.
They registered me, everything was fine, but it was too time-consuming.
