不要來住！！！糟糕透了！設施老舊，牆面跳皮，房間內有黴味，好臭！！！滾啊！！！礦泉水都要收錢，房間內基本的兩瓶礦泉水也沒有！收錢要3元一瓶，怎麼不去搶啊！那很想要錢了。沙發特別噁心，丟在垃圾堆裏的都比這個乾淨。別來！！！換一家！！！

空氣不流暢，有一股非非常常濃的腳臭味，衹要一呼吸就能聞到，整個晚上睡不着，隔音效果也不好，吵死了，又沒熱水，再也不訂這家酒店了，這味道臭的有一種讓人窒息的感覺，根本睡不着

環境很好，很乾凈，服務也很好，就是可以的話建議檢查一下每間房的安全措施，確保每間房的門都能從內部關上能鎖上，畢竟這與個人安全有關，祝九九文化酒店生意興隆越做越大

設施：衞生間的門都已經壞成啥樣了？熱水沒有，洗澡用的水比常温水温度略高 2-3°，空調也是壞的。
衞生：地毯一層的黴菌，一股臭黴味。
環境：毛巾變色、被子濕濕的。
服務：打着免費停車，好傢伙，到了叫我去馬路邊沒有劃停車位的地方停🙁。
兩百多一個晚上，給我這麼一個垃圾房間，怪不得 2.7 評分，1 分不是客户意願，而是系統的極限最低就 1 分，正常來説一分都不給。

很久沒有客源，房間一開始就是門鎖壞的， 座台全是灰塵，被子套被單還是沒有封口拉鍊直接就是可以看到裏面的一個被子（裏面全是臟污泛黃），吹風機沒有頭發乾不了，熱水沒有熱 水温不夠（緩沖熱水時間間隙長），地板有地毯全是毛塵土 確實是很不行，（説是四星級酒店）可門店招牌設計的很不行 看不懂，像是前幾世紀抗戰樓房，太平間那樣陰森有些詭異的感覺

房間飲料事先不告訴是否收費，然後先交100元按金等辦退房時強制扣除一瓶紅牛8元，一瓶加多寶6元。一般市場價格為5元的紅牛已經是掙錢了，4元加多寶也是可以的了。但是這家卻強買強賣的感覺。衹有等辦退房後出去收到退房的款才知道。等想回去問個清楚就為時已晚。設施也陳舊。浴室熱水需要開至二十分鐘。尤其是7層，8層，9層。價錢貴沒早餐。在優程酒店不僅房間水免費，還有早餐水果。個人建議各位遊客看了此評論請三思而後行以免影響自己愉快的心情！
