這是一次超預期的入住體驗！酒店外觀看起來低調，沒想到內部裝修很有格調，細節處都透着用心。房間空間比想象中大，設施齊全。服務員隨叫隨到，前台還主動幫忙提行李，前台李經理服務熱情又不過度，讓人感覺很舒服，必須給滿分！

衞生：衞生很乾凈，房間洗漱用品都很齊全；設施：酒店設施很全，健身房、停車場，晚上還有燒烤可以吃；早餐：早餐很豐盛，有當地特色美食；服務：服務更別説，非常好，我們是一家三口旅遊，前台小張M主動給我家小孩送了小童拖鞋和牙刷，臨走的時候還給我送了特產醋泡黑豆品嚐，很贊，下次旅遊路過，肯定作為第一首選。

酒店非常不錯，前台張娜辦理入佳時效率超高，特別親切，主動詢問我們的需求，還細心介紹了酒店的設施和周邊便利，附近的便利店怎麼走，連晚上安靜區域在哪邊，這種細節都提醒到了，瞬問讓人感覺很貼心。
中途有次想借個充電器，前台很快就幫忙找來了適配的型號，還特意叮囑“用完放前台就行，不着急”。退房時也是秒速辦理，主動問有沒有落下東西，最後笑着説“歡迎下次再來”，全程態度熱情又專業，完全沒有

和家人自駕遊路過了這個工業園區， 因為時間已經很晚了 ，所以定了這個酒店 起初對這個酒店沒有抱太大期望，結果到店後直接震驚到我們了，酒店環境很好， 大廳有一塊玉石 ，到前台後前台的李女士為我們倒了茶水， 並且迅速為我們辦理了入住，還貼心的為我們介紹附近的遊玩地點及陝北的天氣變化，真的是賓至如歸的感受，酒店的早餐也很好 ，這次入住真的是給了我很大的驚喜 ，希望酒店越來越好，前台的李女士工作順利。
