Nestled in the heart of Baisha Ancient Town, just a short walk down an alley from the main street, this charming courtyard offers a peaceful retreat without the direct street noise. It's a quiet oasis, with lush greenery and fresh air, making for an excellent stay. The bedding, facilities, and cleanliness standards in the rooms are all top-notch. The freshly prepared breakfast is delicious 😋. The rooftop of the courtyard is the highest in the vicinity, offering fantastic mountain views. The young and attentive host was incredibly thoughtful, helping with luggage, transfers, and waiting with us for our transport. It's a perfect score, and if we visit Lijiang again, we'll definitely choose to stay at Lishanlishui.

The room exceeded our expectations; it was spacious and very clean, ensuring everyone in our family trip slept wonderfully. The housekeeper was incredibly responsible and responsive to all our requests. On our second day, we had to leave early for the snowy mountains and needed breakfast in advance, so they specially woke up early to prepare it for us. We're very grateful!

Highly recommend! This B&B absolutely blew me away. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and this place was spotless. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room has a great view of the snow-capped mountains, plus it's in a good location. The service was incredibly attentive; they even helped me carry my luggage to the parking lot. They contacted me a day in advance to provide directions and location details. The biggest highlight of the rooms is being able to draw back the curtains and see a panoramic view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your bed. The fourth-floor rooftop terrace is an unparalleled spot to witness the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' without any obstructions. Sipping tea and daydreaming while gazing at the snow-capped mountains, watching the clouds drift by – it’s incredibly therapeutic. And the starry sky! So many twinkling stars, I'd forgotten how long it had been since I saw a sky full of them! Key point: This is the ONLY guesthouse with a golden four-story rooftop terrace! 【🎉Service & Details】 Before we even checked in, the manager/butler, a young man, contacted us via WeChat. He proactively picked us up from the drop-off point in the ancient town in an open-top BMW, so we didn't have to worry about our luggage! The service was warm and thoughtful; he provided local food and travel tips, and breakfast was included (the Naxi minced pork noodles cooked by the auntie were absolutely amazing! And the fried egg buns were super tasty). Key point: The manager/butler is an absolute treasure trove of information, able to answer anything! He's incredibly nice and deserves a special mention! 【🏡Room & Amenities】 The room was spacious and airy, and spotlessly clean! The toilet was smart, and the room I chose also came with a private deep soaking tub, thick bath towels, and a disposable bathtub liner – perfect for a luxurious soak. Plus, every room is equipped with a giant projection screen and a Serta mattress. Lying in bed watching the snow-capped mountains, and then binge-watching shows at night with soft, skin-friendly bedding – this is the dream vacation life. 【💯Summary】 This is definitely the most satisfying guesthouse I chose for my Lijiang trip; it exceeded my expectations by far. The value for money is absolutely unbeatable. I’ve already recommended it to friends planning to visit Baisha Ancient Town, and I look forward to coming back for a second visit if I get the chance!

It was raining when we arrived, but the guy at the front desk braved the rain to meet us at the entrance of the ancient town. He helped us check in and carried our luggage both upon arrival and departure. We learned through conversation that this guesthouse is their family home, so the decor and facilities are excellent since they live there themselves. The location is great, right in Baisha Ancient Town, very close to the main street yet quiet at night, and near all the popular photo spots. There's also a huge viewing platform on the rooftop, which offers the best view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on a clear day – that's fantastic! The room's facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. Even small details, like the showerhead being positioned correctly, were well thought out. 👍🏻 The breakfast was superb, with freshly made rice noodles and Lijiang pancakes, far exceeding what's sold in outside restaurants. All the staff at the guesthouse were wonderful and very friendly. For me, it wasn't just cold service, but a warmth that made me feel at home, like visiting a long-lost friend's house – so kind and gentle. Because my schedule was tight, I only stayed one day.
