From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond amazing. The staff anticipated our every need before we even had to ask; they managed everything for us seamlessly. We speak English, and we never had a single problem with communication—everyone was so attentive and made us feel completely at ease.
A massive shoutout to the hotel owner, who is incredibly kind, and to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond every single day. We also have to give a special mention to photographer Xìaozhang—he is absolutely brilliant! He took stunning pictures of us that we will treasure forever. Definitely use his services!
The hotel itself is spectacular. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and equipped with high-quality products. The views are simply breathtaking, and there is so much space for kids to run around and enjoy the animals—it’s a paradise for families! Plus, it’s super close to the Old Town, and the free shuttle service is so convenient.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and there is genuinely not a single negative thing to say about this place. Everything was just perfect.
