We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

I went in February and it was cold! But the bath and fire stove made it lovely. Great location to visit Yulong snow mountain and nice to be in a quite old town but still with things to do.

The two young men running the place were very helpful and friendly. The room was modern and view was ok. We loved the bathtub. The room was not insulated so it was very cold at night as it has mainly glass facades. There is an independent heating unit but that dries up the air quite fast. Location is great.

In the B&B in Baisha Ancient Town, each room is just a room, with upstairs and downstairs. It is very unique and convenient for travel. There is a parking lot at the door. It is mainly close to the snow-capped mountains and is close to several places I want to go around. I like it very much. Will come again next time

The hotel is very good overall, but it is not easy to find the place by car, especially at night, which takes a lot of trouble. The hotel environment is relatively pristine. The elevated design on the second floor also allows a clear view of the bathing and toilet area, which is a bit inconvenient. But it’s really relaxing to sit on the second floor window sill and eat breakfast and watch the scenery during the day. If you don’t mind the first two o’clock, it’s a very good B&B. You can go shopping within walking distance of Baisha Ancient Town. Several restaurants recommended by the boss are very delicious. Overall, they are very good.
