Baisha Pine Retreat · Private Villa with Snow Mountain & Golden Peak View

This was our last night in Lijiang, and the experience was exceptionally amazing! The guesthouse is located in a village just outside Baisha Ancient Town, about a 5-minute walk to the North Gate. The property is spacious, and the rooms are meticulously clean. There are two friendly and affectionate kittens in the courtyard. The room offers fantastic views; as soon as you open the curtains, you're greeted by a vast meadow and even a glimpse of the snow-capped mountains. Next door is Hutuwu Ranch, but unfortunately, our schedule was too tight to visit. The next day, we had to catch an 8 AM high-speed train back to Kunming, so the guesthouse owner thoughtfully prepared milk and bread for us the night before, solving our breakfast dilemma for our early departure. If you want to experience local rural life, and are looking for high value and outstanding accommodation, this place is truly a worthwhile choice.

The room was spacious, the owner was very welcoming, and the environment was great. It's also very close to the ancient town, making it easy to hail a taxi. The breakfast had a rich variety and was delicious. You can see the stunning Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from the hotel's terrace. Highly recommended!

For just over 300 [currency, e.g., Yuan], we got a 60-square-meter, two-bedroom suite – it was amazing! 3️⃣ Disposable towels and bath towels were provided. 4️⃣ Daily room cleaning was a pleasant surprise; even without asking, the room was always spotless and tidy upon our return, with the bed neatly remade. 5️⃣ Excellent service; every staff member was incredibly friendly and made our stay very comfortable. 6️⃣ Shared electric scooters were available right outside, making it a quick 2-minute ride to Baisha Ancient Town. Exploring the village on a scooter was also very enjoyable. 7️⃣ The hotel is very close to Hutuwuo Ranch and the ancient towns. We even rode an electric scooter to Shuhe Ancient Town today. 8️⃣ The owner was incredibly responsive and always went the extra mile to assist us. [Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored review. The hotel is cozy, clean, and the service is excellent. It's super close to Baisha Ancient Town. This will definitely be my top choice for a homestay next time. Parking is convenient right outside. Lijiang is perfect for a long, leisurely stay, but my trip this time was a bit rushed and I didn't get to experience enough! 😄

I loved that the house was brand new and had smart home features. The small garden was cozy and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, patient, and hospitable, and I also loved their well-behaved cat. The room was spacious, and the rooftop offered panoramic views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Plus, it's very close to Baisha Ancient Town. Highly recommended!

Stayed with my family and the room layout was great. The room had enough space, was very clean, and came with complete facilities. Service was prompt and responsive. My family was all very satisfied, highly recommend for families.

The location for viewing the snowy mountains is superb; you can truly lie down and watch the 'golden mountains' (sunrise/sunset on snow-capped peaks). The room is also very large with an excellent view. The hotel is very new, exceptionally clean, and the facilities and amenities are high-end. The two small courtyards are meticulously maintained. My child absolutely loved the bathtub, building a 'nest' during the day and enjoying a soak at night. Next to the hotel, there's a cat café where you can pet cats, and the famous 'Hutuwo Farm' which is a popular photo spot. Baisha Old Town is only about a seven to eight-minute walk away. The hotel staff member who assisted us was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible. He provided a fruit platter. On the day we checked out, we needed to store our luggage, and he suggested we just go out and enjoy ourselves, and he would retrieve our bags from the room for us. Seeing that my mother liked succulents, he even gave us a cutting.

The butler service was exceptional, very attentive and patient. It's very close to Baisha Ancient Town, within walking distance. The breakfast noodles were also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
