🌿Environment & Scenery: The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and offers a tranquil and pleasant environment. Every photo turns out great, and the atmosphere is simply amazing. 🧹Hygiene & Facilities: The room was spotlessly clean, and all facilities were well-maintained and comfortable to use. 🙋‍♀️Service Experience: The staff were attentive and kind, making my entire stay very enjoyable. Plus, there are cats, dogs, and lambs you can pet! 🍽️Dining: The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the afternoon tea was a delightful surprise. There were so many food options that I'm sure I'd gain weight if I stayed a few more days! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and genuinely recommend this place.

The service was absolutely amazing, everyone was so enthusiastic and accommodating to all our requests. The room facilities and amenities were also very good. I'll definitely come back for a longer stay next time I have the chance!

Booking the Shanyulin B&B was the best decision of this trip! All the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the service was absolutely exceptional. They even offered pick-up and drop-off services to the ancient town attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and could be delivered to the room, and the afternoon tea was also lovely. Before bed, they offered a sweet soup as a nightcap, which the kids absolutely loved. We originally booked two nights, but because the experience was so fantastic, we adjusted our travel plans to stay an extra day at Shanyulin. Plus, Xiao Huang and Xiao Yang were both adorable!

An absolutely wonderful experience! We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast and afternoon tea had a fantastic and diverse selection. We also got to choose one airport transfer, and the butler arranged the car in advance. The butler even provided transportation to and from the nearby Baisha Ancient Town, which was incredibly thoughtful! The butler also gave us great advice on where to go, what time was best to visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and things to look out for. The recommended local restaurants were excellent too. Highly recommend!

The environment is clean and elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff are warm and attentive, patient and meticulous, and always respond promptly to any issues. The entire stay was hassle-free and pleasant. Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything; it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

You can see the snow-capped mountains directly from the window 🏔️ Even though it's not the season to see them now, they're still beautiful! The service is also very attentive, and the in-room amenities are solid and tasteful!

The last stop of our trip, what a pleasant surprise! The staff here provided super five-star service. We felt so comfortable during our stay, and you can tell the hotel put a lot of thought into their selections; I especially loved the mattress and pillows. They even offer shuttle service to nearby places, which is incredibly helpful for families with small children – it saves so much time, effort, and worry. We'll definitely be back! 💕

Fantastic! The butler was very thoughtful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The room decor was lovely, and there's a big lawn right in front of the hotel, plus a little sheep that works 9 to 5, which the kids absolutely adored. We stayed for three days, but it wasn't enough. We'll definitely be back next year, see you then!
