The hotel service was fantastic; the staff were all very attentive. Every evening there were different activities, and we even saw fireworks during our stay. The hotel was also very quick and good at resolving issues. Overall, it was excellent.

The super-large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room directly face the main peak of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. You don't need to get up early and rush around; you can just lie in bed and wait for the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' phenomenon. The moment the morning sun shines on the snow-capped peak is so breathtaking that words feel inadequate. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was equipped with a humidifier and oxygen supply, which greatly alleviated the issues of high-altitude dryness and altitude sickness. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they contacted us in advance before check-in to provide information about high-altitude precautions, helped us with our luggage upon arrival, and even provided welcome fruits and afternoon tea. The public viewing terrace offers an excellent view – you can watch the sunset over the snow mountain in the evening and gaze at the starry sky at night. The breakfast selection was rich, with rice noodles, pastries, and local snacks. The overall environment is quiet and therapeutic, away from the hustle and bustle, making it very suitable for couples seeking a relaxed getaway. I've already recommended it to my friends.

The butler service is highly responsive; they communicated our check-in needs in advance and helped arrange adjacent rooms. They can also assist with car rentals and planning sightseeing routes. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to both northern and southern tastes, including local specialties like cured meats and rice noodles. In your free time, you can take photos on the terrace with the snow-capped mountain as a stunning backdrop. Watching the sunset over the snow mountain from the courtyard in the evening, and stargazing at night, truly completes the travel experience. The location is very close to Baisha Ancient Town and Yuhu Village, making it convenient for sightseeing. If you're traveling with a group and want both snow mountain views and a common space for gathering, this hotel is definitely a top consideration.

I didn't get to see the golden sun on the mountain, but that fleeting glimpse was enough to be truly healing. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view, and the butler thoughtfully brought hot ginger tea. The post-rain mountain ambiance was absolutely perfect. I saw breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and was amazed by the 20,000 square meter lawn where kids could run freely – it truly felt like a perfect getaway! The breakfast and evening sweet soup were also delicious. Since I didn't want to rush to attractions, I spent the whole day relaxing at the hotel, watching the clouds drift by, and even did some tie-dyeing for handkerchiefs and bags. In the evening, there was a singer performing. The hotel's own restaurant served excellent food too! The only regret was that the grass on the hotel tennis court hadn't grown in yet, but the owner said it would be ready to use soon.

We were able to admire the magnificent snow-capped mountain views without the hassle of constantly traveling, making it an excellent base for family trips. It happened to rain during our stay, making it inconvenient to go out, so we tried out tie-dyeing at the guesthouse. The instructor was very patient, teaching us hand-by-hand. It was a great experience to spend a rainy day doing crafts at the hotel. 🍰 The afternoon tea was delicious, and you can also order from the rooftop restaurant. Having dinner there in the evening, gazing at the distant Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the atmosphere was simply magical and incredibly healing. 🛏️ The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent views. ✅ This place is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway at the snow mountain or who want to unwind in peace.
