First time staying at a youth hostel, the facilities are complete, though perhaps a bit old as it opened quite a while ago. The location is not far from the North Gate parking lot, so it's convenient if you're driving, especially since there are traffic restrictions in the ancient city during certain hours.

Pretty standard of a hostel in China. Clean bed with heating mat, though we need to do the cover sheets ourselves. It’s located near to the BaiSha town, which is supposedly very convenient—but be mindful that the bus from LiJiang town was 700m away and the roads are all brick, so you wouldn’t wanna bring a large suitcase like me.

It's a short walk to a small beautiful authentic old town. We reached early but the reception will only be open from 1pm as she's sleeping so we went out for a walk until check in time. When we needed something n went to reception in later afternoon, we're told she's napping again. Seems like she sleeps alot. But our room has beautiful view of yulong snow Mountain ❤️🤩

This is a lovely little hotel with a cosy and pretty courtyard and garden. The view of the mountains behind is very beautiful. It is just a short walk from the main area. There is a car park a short walk if you are coming by car. There was some parking outside the hotel but it might not be reliable to find a place. The room was spacious and the heater warmed the room. The staff there were very friendly too and there are some lovely cats!

Really cute hostel, with lots of artsy details all around. The inner courtyard is great for relaxing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind in helping me secure a carpool to my next destination.

Cozy hostel right in the middle of Baisha town. There was lots of information at the front desk about activities in mandarin (I couldn't read it) but the staff were able to help direct me via translator. Beds also had heating pads which made all the difference in the winter!! The only problem was the door to the girls dorm I stayed in had trouble closing which led to a lot of middle of the night slamming, or it being left open and the cold air gets in :/
