City Comfort Inn Hotel (The Old Town of Lijiang Xianghe Commercial Plaza ）

The room was clean and tidy, and the lady at the front desk was very patient and helpful. The kitchen staff even helped me cook some rice noodles, which was a really nice touch. It was a great experience, highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

The front desk staff were very welcoming upon check-in and the process was quick. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was delicious. We didn't see a hotel parking lot, so as instructed by the staff, we parked on a nearby street. We just had to hand in the parking receipt to the front desk before checking out the next day.

This hotel is a perfect example of great value for money! The price is very affordable, yet the service and facilities are by no means inferior. The room was spacious and clean, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, far exceeding my expectations for a hotel in this price range. The location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and a wide array of dining and shopping options. Here, I spent very little but enjoyed a high-quality stay – it was truly a fantastic deal!

The cleanliness is very reassuring, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom has a good separation between wet and dry areas, which is quite clean! The waiters are very friendly.

They were incredibly helpful for a busy worker on a tight schedule. The room layout was very well-organized, and the spacious, well-lit desk was convenient for document processing and online meetings. Cleanliness was also meticulously considered. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean and odor-free, and the disposable toiletries were much better quality than comparable hotels in this price range. The location was also a plus, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient for both client companies and the high-speed rail station. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for my next business trip to Lijiang!

We were traveling to Lijiang with our elderly family and children, and we chose this hotel primarily for its value and convenience. The experience was truly excellent! The front desk, upon noticing we were traveling with children, proactively upgraded us to a larger room, a truly thoughtful touch. The bed was spacious enough for our family of three to sleep comfortably, and the soundproofing was excellent, so when the children were tired from playing during the day and napped, they could barely hear the noise from outside. The hot water was quick and consistent, making it very convenient for bathing the elderly and children. Across the street from the hotel are supermarkets and snack shops, perfect for fruit and snack shopping. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. When our children forgot their toys upon check-out, the staff even collected them, called to remind us, and mailed them. They were incredibly helpful. This hotel is truly perfect for a family trip!
