The environment is great, absolutely fantastic! The service is incredibly attentive. They pick you up right at the entrance of the ancient town and even help with luggage when you check out and see you off. Highly recommended! I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends! If I come back, I'll stay here again!

The B&B is conveniently located near the East Gate of Baisha Ancient Town, Baisha Murals, and the main street, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The courtyard is exquisite and well-designed. The room's window directly faces Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, providing breathtaking views right from the bed – absolutely fantastic. The room facilities are new, and the hygiene is impeccable. They offer afternoon tea, fruits, flower cakes, and milk in the evening, with a very rich breakfast. The owner is very enthusiastic, providing proactive and thoughtful service. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more counter space in the room for placing personal items. Overall, it's a superb B&B and highly recommended!

Our family stayed here for four nights. The house is located right in Baisha Ancient Town, just a few steps from the main street, yet it's incredibly quiet. The service was excellent! Fantastic value for money! The resident dog, Kele, was aloof at first but even saw us off when we left – we loved that! We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Got a free room upgrade! They're great about upgrading you if there's a better room available. The service attitude is excellent too; they proactively help with luggage, show you around, and the free breakfast, afternoon tea, coffee, and snacks are all delicious.

The B&B has a fantastic ambiance, definitely one of the best in the area. The owner was super welcoming and upgraded our room to a private villa. We enjoyed breakfast and evening desserts every day, and the pour-over coffee was delicious. I'd absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Lijiang; it was a very comfortable stay.

Facilities: Everything you could need. Cleanliness: Spotless. They use disposable, one-time sterilization for each guest, which is great for someone like me who's a germaphobe – I couldn't find a single fault. Environment: Right inside the ancient town, so everything is convenient, and it’s not noisy at all. Service: The staff (young man) was incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything we asked for. I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at this guesthouse; it felt even cleaner than a typical hotel. The staff were all very welcoming, and the auntie's breakfast was delicious. The viewing platform offered a fantastic view, making our trip to the ancient town both convenient and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

[Baisha Ancient Town] Luggage Transfer: The driver was waiting for us right when we exited the station, which was super convenient. The roads inside the ancient town aren't great for rolling luggage, so this saved us a lot of hassle! Environment: The courtyard is really pretty, and there's a big dog too! You can even go to the top floor to see the snowy mountains. [Afternoon Tea] Couple's Afternoon Tea: The freshly ground coffee was delicious.

I originally just needed a layover in Baisha and picked a random guesthouse, but I ended up falling in love with it! The room was quite spacious, and while the decor wasn't luxurious, it was perfectly acceptable. The location is absolutely fantastic – nestled in a quiet alley, it offers a peaceful retreat while being literally a 10-second jog from Baisha's center. The courtyard is a beautiful labyrinth of flowers and plants, and the self-service laundry and breakfast are conveniently located in the inner courtyard. I have to especially mention the service; they were incredibly responsive and always ready to help. If you messaged in the group chat, even if the front desk was busy, another friendly staff member would quickly appear. Guesthouses nowadays are really stepping up their game! Afternoon tea, a sweet goodnight soup, and luggage transfer were all meticulously arranged. Fresh flower cakes, fruit, medicine, and bottled water were available for the taking. The front desk staff, who I believe is one of the owners, was always smiling and had a great time chatting about football and playing pool with my husband. When we weren't out exploring, we'd play Go, sit on the stairs and admire the snow-capped mountains, and play with Kele – it was just so relaxing. Kele is the guesthouse's dog, and she has the best personality, super gentle! My biggest regret this trip is not bringing some dog treats; I didn't dare buy yak meat from the street for her. And Kele, if anyone bullies you and breaks your head, your big sister will get revenge for you!

Got a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise! The staff were super helpful and even carried my luggage, which was a lifesaver after a long day. Breakfast was tasty too, and they have free billiards for entertainment. Definitely recommend!
