There’s many photo spots within the resort itself, beautiful enough, don’t need to go to cafes. Baisha old town is within 5min walk. Highly recommended!"

"Couldn't wait to rave about this place right after checking out! The service and facilities at Shitoucuo are absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly warm, like family. They arranged pick-up in advance, and offered hot ginger tea upon arrival. The in-room smart home system was super convenient. The free swimming pool, tea room, and coffee bar in the common areas were fantastic. And the daily afternoon tea, bonfire parties, and horse-riding activities kept the itinerary fully packed. The biggest surprise was the 'golden mountain under the sun' view right outside the window. Waking up to the golden glow of the snow-capped mountains from bed in the morning was incredibly therapeutic! Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'm definitely choosing Shitoucuo again!"

"This hotel is wonderfully secluded, right by Baisha Ancient Town, making its location absolutely superb. It's a shame it rained during my stay in Lijiang these past couple of days, but I did get to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on the day I left. The breakfast noodles (rice vermicelli) were delicious, and they even offer BBQ and hotpot in the evenings, which were truly excellent. There's also a large courtyard downstairs where just lounging on a deck chair felt incredibly therapeutic."

"Our May Day holiday stay here was absolutely perfect, comfortable and pleasant from start to finish! Before we left each time, they would meticulously inform us about the day's weather and local road conditions, a truly heartwarming and detailed touch. The guesthouse's meals were a constant delight. We enjoyed an exquisite and abundant afternoon tea at our leisure, with unlimited coffee and drinks. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and there was even warm milk at night as a thoughtful bedtime ritual. The photographer we booked was incredibly skilled; even with less-than-ideal weather, they managed to capture stunning photos. The pickup and drop-off driver was professional and steady, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. But the most astonishing aspect was the scenery. Nestled at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, the ambiance was incredible. There were even adorable lambs and ponies, and fairy-tale-like log cabins, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the experience without having to specifically visit a farm. The entire trip was relaxing and rejuvenating, and the experience was simply impeccable. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"On my third day in Lijiang, all I wanted was a hotel to relax in. The butler service was exceptionally good; I didn't even have to carry my own luggage when checking in. No need to rush to attractions early or fight through crowds. I could wake up, pull back the curtains, and see the golden sun illuminating the snow-capped mountains. Even time seemed to slow down by half a beat. The hotel's restaurant is my favorite. Sitting by the window, enjoying a freshly made bowl of rice noodles for breakfast, while gazing at the snowy peaks—it was simply delightful. After breakfast, I wandered around the pasture, fed the fluffy lambs, and sat by the wooden fence soaking up the sun. I didn't have to think about anything, just spent the whole afternoon daydreaming while having afternoon tea. I genuinely highly recommend this place!"

"Located in the village, it's very safe, and directly opposite the village committee. It's also convenient for driving, you can park right at the entrance. The hotel has an amazing view and incredibly thoughtful service, including pick-up and drop-off, which was very considerate. The aromatherapy is super soothing, and the butler service is impeccable, making for a truly relaxing vacation! The puppy is adorable, and the Alaskan malamute is huge, providing so much emotional comfort, it felt just like coming home. The evening tea around the fireplace also had a great atmosphere; it was perfect and so comforting to have after being out in the cold all day. I'll definitely come again, hoping for better weather next time so I can see the snow-capped mountains."

Front desks are polite and helpful. The drop off to the train station was smooth and driver was polite. Overall, we had a great experience staying in this hotel. Highly recommend!"
