酒店房間比較簡單。但是前台的態度實在不好，我看第三方平台上寫的房間是有窗的，但是她一直在跟我強調沒有窗，意思是我沒看清。於是我把訂房頁面給她看，上面明確寫着有窗，她又説是每個人的顯示不同……

房間乾淨，温暖，洗澡水恆温，很棒哦😯，停車方便，就在酒店大門前，欠缺一點點，就是早餐牛奶是涼的，油炸菜盒子，油炸甜娟油炸酥肉都是涼的，希望改進。

初次到玉門，在攜程網看到了2023年開業的尚客優酒店，預期剛開業設施衞生應該不錯，又是連鎖酒店，管理應該正規，就訂了兩間。打開房門枕頭上有血跡，這是換過的嗎？臉盆下反水，床旁射燈下照射的是幅畫嗎？洗澡間花灑這水流怎麼洗澡？真不知道該酒店是怎樣的管理模式，這樣的衞生設施對的起住客的信任嗎？相當差的體驗

首先房間太小太小，連走一走都難.還太熱，其次早歺吃飽而巳。我就不明白這個條件怎麼好意思訂這價位。一點性價比都沒有，這價位選擇太多了哪個都比這家強。勸退慎訂。房子間太小我怕拍照給拍大了，就沒拍。

第一次來玉門出差，選擇這家尚客優悦酒店，體驗感非常好，前廳服務員服務熱情，客房衞生很乾凈，酒店老闆娘服務很周到給我們介紹了周邊的好吃的好玩的。酒店還有洗衣房。非常方便，酒店老闆娘給我們推薦了隔壁的城邊邊燒烤，非常好。燒烤非常不錯老闆娘給還我們了會員價。非常棒。酒店有停車場。很大。停車方便。吃飯方便老闆娘熱情，下次來玉門還來這家酒店入住，非常好的入住體驗，推薦入住。
