1. The breakfast room is elegant and food was generous that could sufficiently satisfy locals.
2. Location is as good as it can be in this township.
3. Very reasonable restaurants, cake shops, dentistry, mini markets and TCM shops are nearby or next to it; great !
4. Foot massage parlor is in-house at the 3rd floor though not experienced.
5. Lounge is large and classy for a 3-star rated hotel.
6. Reception was a poor show ( greetings weren't impressive ) as though motivation was absent.
7. Security wasn't the best, relatively; though can be improved.
8. This room's carpet and sofa smelled badly. Had to change room by re-booking though it should upgrade it for free.

The price is OK, the front desk helped to upgrade, the deluxe double bed space is relatively large and the bed is relatively large,  But the facilities in the house are not very flexible, the intelligent voice control can not turn off the lights, can not open the curtains, the curtains will be closed after the lights are turned off and then they will open again.  So when we slept, we slept with the light on... The breakfast was not good. Before I booked the room, I was still thinking about why there was no picture of breakfast. After I went, I found that the staff did not let me take pictures. I don’t understand why a breakfast can’t take pictures. There are fewer types of breakfast. The noodles need to be hot by themselves, and the fried eggs need to be fried by themselves.

When checking in, I said I would stay for two consecutive days, but the room suddenly lost power on the second day. It turned out that the room card needed to be renewed. Facilities: The bathroom is relatively small and the shower can't turn around. The slightly taller person is estimated to feel a bit depressed. The bed is also relatively small. It can be put in 1.35. The mattress is very soft and hard. I am very suitable.
We booked breakfast, haha, very cool, clean and hygienic, although ordinary, not tall, it is already very good in the local area.
There is a free coffee in the lobby before leaving to pack a cup, but it seems that the taste is not as good as the beans in the buffet breakfast room.
I lived on the tenth floor. I was very renovated when I got out of the elevator. I couldn't help but open the windows in the corridor. The room also had a taste, but I was used to it for a long time.
The parking lot at the entrance is very free. The hotel is relatively desolate and remote. It is impossible to eat and go shopping around. You can drive a few kilometers away.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the cleanliness and tranquility here. This time I specially booked the ”Long Memory” package which includes five experiences, which gave me the opportunity to experience the charm of the hotel in all aspects.
On the first day, I participated in yoga classes and long sitting activities. On the morning of the second day, I immersed myself in the long moon activities, then quietly copied scriptures, and enjoyed a movie in the hotel cinema. Of course, hot springs are also indispensable. In two days, I experienced various activities slowly, and each one was arranged just right, which greatly relaxed my body and mind.
It is worth mentioning that we chose to check in on Monday, and there were not many guests in the hotel, but the service level was not compromised at all. Whether it is the staff support or the catering dishes, it is no different from the weekend, but it allows us to enjoy a leisure experience like VIP without being disturbed. This feeling is really great!
Here, I would like to especially thank Liang Xiaoying, the room service staff. My husband has mysophobia and insists on using his own kettle to boil tap water for drinking. He has repeatedly asked Liang Xiaoying to help provide drinking water. She always serves patiently without any complaints, which makes us feel warm. At the same time, we should also praise the yoga teacher. Not only is yoga teaching professional, but also teaches us to do tendon exercises, which greatly enriches our experience.
This stay at the Great Wall Changquan Resort Hotel is not only a stay for me, but also a journey to cleanse my soul, which has accumulated strength for me to start again. I firmly believe that the hotel's excellent service and environment will definitely attract more guests who pursue high-quality leisure experience. I look forward to having the opportunity to stay again in the future, and I also wish the hotel better and better!

2. The software, hygiene, and service are lacking. Compared with the more famous ones in the Pearl River Delta, such as Yu Hot Spring and Bishuiwan in Conghua, there are stinky slippers and no towels in the public area (of course, it is also related to the quality of the people who go there to bathe). The food is just okay.
3. Two shortcomings are that the public hot spring area is too far from the locker room to the hot spring pool, and the sound insulation of the room is not very good;
4. But the hot spring water here is really comfortable, the water comes out quickly and is pure enough. Similarly, the private hot spring in the room is the most comfortable here.

GGuest UserClean and tidy up to 3 star hotel rank. Easy check in and out. Room was almost odorless. Breakfast was healthy and simple fit for local customers. One exception was the lack of Wi-Fi because it needed to dial in to authenticate users but SMS code failed to deliver.
