Staff are helpful and nice. It’s my second time staying here. Everything is excellent! I stayed here for 7 nights. Tried 3 different rooms due to some technical reasons. Carpark is free. In a nutshell, this hotel is second to none in this city!

Service: As soon as the car arrived at the door, a little brother helped to open the door and carry the luggage. The front desk saw that we had children with us and took the initiative to take the children's disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and also gave us snacks. Environment: It is a newly opened hotel in February 2024. It is not renovated. It is very nice. However, the rooms are relatively new and have some formaldehyde. It will be much better to open the windows and open the door for ventilation. Hygiene: The hygiene situation is very good and spotless. Facilities: The children chose a room with a tent. The cushions inside the tent were soft and very comfortable, and the children were very happy; the rooms are all smart homes, the projection is great, and there are film and television members; the toilet is equipped with a smart toilet. You can see from the window that the hotel is building a swimming pool. I believe more people will come after it is built. Buffet breakfast: Currently, guests in the hotel and apartment share the same restaurant. There are quite a lot of people there. The variety is relatively complete and the taste is very Cantonese. Overall it is good.

Thanks to the staff for helping us arrange a room on a high floor. The room is new, clean, and the facilities and equipment are very smart. The atmosphere in the hotel lobby is very comfortable, with free coffee and a rest area. The front desk even called us the next day to help us delay our check-out. The hotel opened in 2024. It’s very new. It smells really good when you enter the lobby. The hotel room is also clean. The environment is very quiet. But I hope to add a child’s bed surround next time to take care of the little ones. It’s a lucky gift from the uncle in the hotel lobby. The biscuits are delicious~ The chicken soup inside the biscuits is very touching. I really like this detail~ Every hotel has different small gifts. This gift~ is really innovative~ Although there are no shopping malls nearby. But I am very happy I like this quietness. Next time~ I will still come.

沒想到雲浮能有這麼不錯的酒店👍🏻 環境：酒店在雲浮東站附近，離高鐵站比較方便，但離市區有些距離，酒店內部環境很不錯，整體比較乾淨舒適👍🏻 服務：服務很好，下車有服務員幫忙拿行李，下雨也會幫忙撐傘，前台小哥態度很熱情，送的小禮品也很實用👌🏻 價格：性價比真挺不錯的，沒想到300多塊能有這種水平，下次有機會會再訂這家

非常棒的酒店，五一假期大堵車，選擇在雲浮停留一下，隨便選的酒店，沒想到出乎意料，無論衞生，裝潢，服務都超讚，碾壓老牌五星級酒店。我們到的時候已經晚上12點了，帶着小寶寶大包小包的，酒店有服務員開接駁車在停車場接待，免於步行解放雙手，行李一路送到房間裏面，對於本來疲憊的我們來説簡直不要太棒！房間衞生，床品，格局設計也很好，空間很大，很安靜，一覺睡到天亮！退房的時候，必須點名表揚一下夢思小姐姐，自助水吧我不太會操作，她主動幫忙併很專業地給我們介紹該酒店的各種細節，以及酒店在建的項目情況，也給周邊當地用餐和觀光的建議，外地來玩的正正需要這些有用建議，非常nice，雲浮之旅含金量直接拉滿，印象非常好👍之後來雲浮必選這家寶藏酒店，真的非常適合一家老小來遊玩，大家放心沖！！！

非常驚喜的酒店！服務人員的態度都十分友好～從停車接行李開始到大堂辦理入住再到送我們上房間。還有個大堂客服經理雲管家服務特別棒，會給你發當日的天氣和周邊的餐廳和配套設施，特別的貼心～ 房間看出去是一個在建的游泳池，期待建成後再來入住體驗！房間內有很多巧妙的設計小心思，看得出來酒店是很用心的。一樓大堂有配備免費的不限量冰檸檬水和自助咖啡，感覺還是挺棒的。

設施：比較新 衞生：可以 雙人品質咖啡（自助）:大堂經理給了咖啡☕ 服務：趕着高鐵臨時訂房的，服務很好呀，前廳靚仔小王辦入住好快，很快拿到房卡上樓，保安笑起來有個虎牙，特別宋經理還和保安一起把送行李傷上樓，第二天早餐相當不錯，有我愛吃的沙拉，增加一些小餅乾巧克力就好了，王維總還親自送到停車場點贊👍，推薦。

和老人家去龍母廟拜拜，提前一天到附近酒店住一晚，選擇了這間酒店，自駕開車過去龍母廟很方便，只需半小時左右。 房間寬敞，環境清幽舒適，非常整潔，設備很新，睡床舒服，空調很足，浴室水壓夠力，有免費停車場，健身室，自助茶水咖啡，房間有一份新鮮水果，選擇了在酒店享用早餐，菜品豐富美味。 員工服務貼心到位，有問必答，而且都能提供有用的資訊，感謝前廳部宋經理和所有員工，他們都很親切有禮，家人都很滿意。

一到步酒店職員便熱情款待我們一家，還奉上茶水給我們。雖然距離市中心打車需要起碼20分鐘，對去哪都很快的香港人來説，是有一點點不方便。但是相對上酒店周圍很安靜，很適合一家人來放鬆休息。 酒店房間內部和trip.com上看到的是一樣的。床、梳化和所有傢俬都是嶄新的，房間很乾凈。 我們同行六人，訂了三個房間，其中一個訂了套房，晚上大家便聚集在套房吃外賣、聊天看電影。我們渡過了兩個愉快的晚上。謝謝辛勞的酒店職員們。

項目出差，應該是新區開發，四周的特別荒涼，但發現了這家寶藏酒店，新開原因所以環境設施都很新很乾凈，工作人員也非常熱情服務也非常周到！不好的一點就是周圍的外賣比較少

滿意👍房間安靜，整潔舒適。大堂有自助咖啡，小點，温馨方便。服務人員態度好，基本設施齊全。洗澡水調節反應快，水量充沛。電動馬桶。地面停車場，有小哥接送。

過來找朋友玩，很久沒來這邊了，發現新開了一個酒店，就來體驗一下，房間很不錯，設備設施都挺新的，離高鐵站也很近。整個入住流程服務很好，前台小韻挺熱情的，辦入住也快，還送了一個獅子頭鑰匙扣做拌手禮。大堂小譚還跟我分享了附近的景點和美食，不喜歡做旅遊攻略的我表示很贊😌，下次來玩還住這個酒店😄

經過雲浮就定了一家新酒店作為中轉，沒想到超乎預期，性價比超高，大堂有免費咖啡、還有洗衣房、我們到房間後還送了水果和第二天的早餐券，總體來説，有的都有了。不錯。
