Tai Sin Hotel is conveniently located next to the roundabout, with its own parking space in front. If there are no spaces available, there is also a public parking lot next door (on the right). I happened to be there during my stay when there was a music performance the next day, and a rehearsal tonight. The view from my room was excellent, a pleasant surprise! The room had wooden planks on the floor. The toilet has been upgraded to a bidet toilet, which is great. The breakfast was authentic home-style food: fresh milk, soy milk, coffee… salad, congee, side dishes, stir-fries, small steamed buns, braised pork rice, curry rice, clam soup, and fried sweet potatoes – all very delicious and I loved it. It was an economical and affordable accommodation and light meals.

The room is quite big, and the bed is also big, but one is very soft and the other is very hard. Not a good sleeper. Breakfast is average and it is very close to the train station. It is close to Taiping Old Street, but there are not many people on weekends.

First of all, it is clean and tidy, and the location is good, only 3 minutes from the train station. The downside is that I think the bed is uncomfortable to sleep on (personal reasons), but the most unacceptable thing for me is the poor sound insulation. Other guests here would slam their doors loudly, which affected the accommodation experience. Everyone will be scared!

It is not easy to park near the roundabout, but Taishin Hotel cooperates with a public parking lot (directly opposite the Bank of Taiwan), and parking is 150 yuan for a whole day.
