Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and quite new, and the mattress is very soft. Hygiene: It's very clean with no obvious signs of dirt. Environment: The environment is good and looks very high-end. There's also a free breakfast, which is plentiful and offers a wide variety of choices – I ate until I was stuffed! Service: The front desk staff (lady) was warm and thoughtful.

We stopped in this county for a rest during our road trip. The hotel environment was decent, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly. The room they arranged met our requirements, and I was planning to give it five stars before breakfast. When I stay in hotels, especially for drivers who need to sleep in and don't have time to eat, they usually offer a takeout container. This hotel was different. I swiped my card when I entered for breakfast and mentioned that someone hadn't arrived, so I didn't ask for a takeout container. I didn't have an appetite and only ate for about a minute before planning to pack a few buns in a bag for my family. Then someone came and said we couldn't take them away. I said someone was sleeping upstairs, and he said to let them come down to eat. I said no, I needed to sleep more on the long drive. He then asked me to swipe my card again, even though I had already done so. This is the first time I've encountered such a hotel. What's wrong with me taking a few buns for breakfast? The dryer was also the worst I've ever encountered. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes at the highest temperature to dry anything, and they didn't offer delivery. I went there in the middle of the night and then again in the morning. They started construction around 7 AM, which was incredibly noisy.

First, the weather was 20-30 degrees Celsius, warm enough to wear short sleeves, but the air conditioning only had heating, no cooling. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was too hot to turn it on. Then, I had booked a double room, made the reservation, and even called, but they gave me a family room instead. What do I need so many beds for just one person? And then there was the late check-out privilege I specifically redeemed with points, which they called me at noon to check out. Terrible, terrible, terrible! This is the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at!
