優點：剛裝修剛營業，新；離纜車站近。缺點：也是新，房間仍有異味，特別是打開房門時，得打開房門和窗户通會風，晚上也是打開窗户睡覺的；經營理念“新”，續住是不整理布草不打掃衞生的。前一天和老闆家人（應是婆婆）溝通，第二天需打掃房間，以便爬山回來及時休息，可傍晚下山發現房間依舊。後打電話給老闆，老闆過來清理了垃圾桶，補充了兩瓶水和一次性用品。

民宿位於金沙索道100米，旁邊就是自家餐廳~菜當家飯店。門口可以免費停車。房間比較新，乾淨明亮。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴出水量很大。空調給力，床品舒服。老闆娘熱情周到，提供遊覽路線。配有洗衣機，門前小院子可以晾曬衣服。值得推薦給來三清山旅遊的朋友。如果能配備一次性拖鞋就更方便遊客了。

老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，忘記拍照片了，但是房間設施很新，空間很大，景色也很好，給了我們很好的體驗！離金沙索道就幾步路的事情，價格也實惠，有機會再來還住這裏！

個人經營的民宿，價格較貴，設施一般，我們是3人住一間兩張床，老闆提前是知道我們3人住的，還建議把其中一張床跟床邊榻榻米合一起，但拒絕提供多一床被子，拒絕提供多一個枕頭，甚至洗漱用具也是2人的，老闆個人經營，賬算的很細，不捨得提供任何多餘用品，拖鞋都是兩雙，我們之前不知道沒有任何準備，拖鞋不是一次性的，晚上有一個人睡榻榻米沒有任何被褥，另外還要求必須12點之前退房，我們不得不早上起來爬山之前先退房。

房間還可以 主要是離着門口一分鐘不到 特別近 起來去排了號 回來吃了早餐 直接進去了 省去排隊時間 這個太方便了 又給延時到兩點 下山在他家吃個飯休息了一個小時 挺贊

民宿設施齊全很新，208房間後正對着一條小溪，房間寬倘明亮乾淨衞生，老闆服務態度好，很熱情，自己要求清淡口味的菜老闆也能做，飯菜很好吃！民宿離三清山金沙索道很近，訂了2晚，大環線早上8點金沙索道上山，下午4點金沙索道下山，步行2分鐘到民宿，洗個熱水澡，沖掉一身的疲憊，吃個晚飯，一覺睡到自然醒，又是活力滿滿的一天。山與溪民宿真的很棒！

民宿地點離三清山旅遊集散中心非常近，環境比較好，交通方便，訂的房間面積雖然小些，但很清潔衞生，內設
設施：齊全能正常使用。邊上還配有飯店，吃住玩都有，老闆娘人特別好，非常感謝像自家人一樣，退房時還送我2瓶水！。
